Jeanne Guaspari LMFT
I have known Jeann both personally and professionally for over 30 years. Jeann and I trained and worked together as co-therapists. She is, above all else, a very kind, warm and receptive psychotherapist. Jeanne makes the extra effort to connect with her clients and strives to fully understand all that her clients are communicating.

In addition to being highly sensitive and acutely receptive, Jeann communicates in an extremely clear manner and encourages her clients to begin the work they have identified together in order to improve their lives and their circumstance. I have been referring clients to Jeann for many years and I will continue to do so because I know that they will receive the very best of care.
Services
I provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families. I am highly trained to help people improve interpersonal relationships. My approach to therapy is a warm, collaborative, and personal one. Whether the problem is relatively new or something that has been troublesome for many years, I can be of assistance.
Anxiety is something we've all experienced and is a normal response when life stresses are particularly intense; but anxiety that is chronic hurts and cripples daily life. Everything becomes affected - work, relationships with those we love, recreational pursuits - everyday demands become overwhelming.
Relationships are at the core of our lives, giving them shape and meaning. When our relationships are going well, we feel enriched and fulfilled by them. But, sometimes, ongoing feelings of hurt, anger, and resentment cause significant distress that creates emotional distance between ourselves and those most important to us.
I've had the privilege of working with Jeann over the past 5 years in several different capacities, each of which was extremely enriching, educational, and critical to my growth as a clinician and my clients' development in therapy. Jeann was my supervisor as a trainee and intern in graduate school, has been someone I've sought out for private consultation, and is an esteemed colleague in the field.
