I saw Dr. Kincaid around 2006 for over a year of significant dental work. I moved out of state shortly thereafter and have continued to move since. The work he did has not only held up perfectly for the past 14 years, but I continue to receive compliments on it every time I establish myself with a new dentist. Most recently, my dentist was able to say which work was done by Dr. Kincaid and which was not based solely on the level of perfectionism. I still remember his staff and hygienists well and remain grateful for the quality of his work. I cannot recommend this office strongly enough.

Two patients, separately, raved to me about Dr. Kincaid's dental expertise after hearing we are related. Coincidentally both have been his patients since the early 70s and both expressed how he saved so many of their teeth!!! Dr. Kincaid cares deeply about all of his patients and he has a wonderful bedside manner. I've always had an amazing experience with Dr. Kincaid, his hygienists, and all of his staff! Dr Kincaid and his whole staff are the most wonderful, knowledgeable, caring people. I've been going to him for about 20 years. There were about 2 years that I was not in GA and had to find another dentist. I got surprising complements on my crowns. The dentist asked me who did your crowns - they are text book perfect! I have about 10 crowns in my mouth - due to poor dental health on my part. Dr. Kincaid told me he can't promise that I'll never have to have one of his crowns replaced but so far so good. One of the things that I appreciate about him and his staff, is that they look at the long term

Spent 10 years here. Went to fix 1 thing. He fixed everything except that one thing I asked for. $30,000 later my bite is still messed up & my TMJ is worse. He does not listen to his patients (well, he certainly didn't listen to me). I know my mouth & took great care of my teeth prior to coming to see him. Oh, but you get to see all the vacations he takes all over the world since he's fixed everything in your mouth, but the initial problem.

For 20 years I taught at Emory University School of Dentistry, and Jim Kincaid was my best student - so for many years he has been my dentist. For several years I experienced severe headaches which, after numerous CT Scans and two MRI, had stumped the doctors. I casually mentioned it to Dr Kincaid, and, after a close examination of my bite, he said he could solve the problem — and he did 😀. He is truly a painless dentist, and his dental technician Andrea is the best as well. My wife and I both agree the money we have spent for the treatment we have received is money well spent.

I had an appointment for a crown on March 20. There were unexpected issues that created a long appointment. I am so grateful for Dr. Jim Kincaid who did a thoroughly professional job of correcting the issues and placing the crown. The staff even came to my room to check me out, thereby saving a bit of time. Excellent in every way!

Wonderful welcome at the front desk, everyone I met was outgoing, very respectful and polite. The hygienist was very professional and thorough. Andrea did a excellent job cleaning my teeth and explaining proper technique on brushing and flossing. Dr. Kincaid was pleasant to talk to and discuss my future dental needs. A fantastic dental experience.

I have been going to Dr. Kincaid for over 40 years. His work is impeccable. His crowns last almost a lifetime. The staff members in his office are extremely professional. Dr. Kincaid is very knowledgeable about the latest dentistry. Everything about his practice meets the highest standards. My hygienist, Andrea, is excellent as well.

I'm so delighted and blessed to have a dentist like Dr. Kincaid. Unfortunately, I've taken very poor care of my teeth. Dr K and his staff have helped me take control of my teeth and without feeling bad.
They will fit me in their schedule if it's an emergency . Hopefully I won't need too many more emergency visits.
I can honestly say, Dr Kincaid, his staff, and their professionalism are the best in the business.

I've been dr Kincaid's patient for 23 years and I couldn't be happier. His hygienist Keisha makes a dental cleaning as easy as it gets. I'm a doctor myself and understand how offices work and I can see signs of competence and excellence in other practitioners. Dr Kincaid has all those attributes. I was born without adult canine teeth and damaged three of four of my front teeth in a motorbike accident as a teen.
