Great! My 1 bedroom is spacious with wonderful amenities, friendly neighbors, and quiet atmosphere. Management changed once and it was seamless. The apartment staff are always accessible and helpful. Everything from shopping to schools to medical facilities are within 5 minutes from home. I love living here! - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

I didn’t end up moving in here for reasons that had absolutely nothing to do with the property or anything related to it (personal reasons) but I just had to share my experience from when I was looking at a unit here.
Mary was the leasing agent I spoke with and she was so incredibly nice! I’ve dealt with a lot of leasing agents that are uptight, pretentious, and just down-right rude (like the employees at my current apartment complex on the other side of the golf course) but she was not like that at all! My wife & I are new residents here at The Fairways at Star Ranch. Everyone has been friendly and we have been made most welcome. This is my first Apartment Life event and they served a delicious chili dinner with corn bread. We downsized from our home in central Austin and are looking forward to new adventures here in retirement.
