If I was able to give rating a minus one,It would be given to much credit. My MOM was found unresponsive in her room six days after being transferred there for rehab. the day in August is a blur since my MOM lived to talk about that day not knownig what happened. She was rushed to undisclosed hospital where she was on a venitalor for 24hrs. To this day, we have not received a phone nor inquiry about her condition. Please research prior to putting a loved one in this facility.

PLEASE Do NOT send your loved one to this facility! This facility has no compassion to their patients. The staff is inexperience and no personalities. The rooms are disgusting and Unsanitized.
My mom had just been transferred from the hospital to Mountain View facility. She was a high fall risk patient and she was placed in the very last room of the hallway. I arrived within the hour of her being there to find her on the floor crying for help. We had to yell for help because there was no one insight. I had to go try to find help at the nurses station. The staff was not knowledgeable on how to

This place should be shut down! I am the representative for a 70 yr old female, she was renting a bedroom from me for 9 yrs and has no family. She had a fall and fractured her hip in July, she was taken to Mt view from St Mary's hospital 2 weeks after her surgery. She has called me multiple times crying saying they are mean to her..Mt View took it upon themselves to apply to Az long term care it was denied due to her having 4800.00 in her account. Mt view did not contact me but called the payee of her monies, told them to stop paying me rent. That they would instead take her 4800.00 and pay themselves

Hi As I put my review to pen I have been a patient at Mountain View Care Center (located at 1313 Magee Rd. Tucson, Az. 85704) for one day. I was transferred here from Banner Medical Center (also located in Tucson Az.) where I was hospitalized for 3 weeks and treated for both Covid-19, and a subsequent heart infection secondary to the Covid-19. Following 3-weeks of inpatient treatment I was stabilized and no longer required treatment at a Hospital. Nonetheless, while I had recovered from Covid-19 my medical condition (heart infection) was deemed serious enough to mandate that I receive IV antibiotics

If you are seeking a place for a loved one to go and recover, it is my advice to take them elsewhere. I'm writing today to address neglectful treatment of my father Mr. Brown a current resident at this facility. My father was admitted to this rehab/nursing home to help him recover from an accident where he almost lost his life. The promise was that he would receive continued medical care allowing him time to heal, in a setting where he would receive medical care/physical therapy and pain management while recovering. This, however, seems not to be the case.

My roommate has cancer and was to undergo chemo, her chemo was delayed because she got a UTI. She requested to be taken to the hospital for 4 days. She was in mountain view to get therapy on strengthening her legs to tackle stairs. I visited and only saw her laying flat in a bed. When she requested someone to come in, there was 45 minutes before someone would actually show.when I walked through the nurse was outside the smoking area visiting with another 2 workers

I would think twice before placing anyone you love that is in need of skilled staff and care. Ignoring call lights, patients falling out of beds, not being secured properly & left unattended for hours. You don't want the regrets I am having after my 80+ yr old Grandmother with serious heart conditions stayed there. And a two sentence apology after they get this review won't due or change any of it!

My 90 year old mother required placement in a memory care unit after a traumatic fall in our home. It was a very difficult time for our family. We were assisted by the Admissions Nurse with professionalism and compassion. The nursing staff is amazing! I cannot say enough about Pressy, one of the nurses, she is kind and caring. I saw her interact with other patients and she was amazing with everyone. The nursing assistants are also caring and very patient. They were knowledgeable in caring for the confused patients and the wanderers. The scheduling department was on top of my mother's appointments
