I have now been to Countryside Animal Hospital on two different occasions. Both times I had two different veterinarians. They were both incredibly professional and helpful. I don’t remember the male vet’s name I saw the first time, but he was great. Dr. Darwin, who I saw on my more recent visit was exceptional. She took her time with my dog. Looked my dog over and seemed to genuinely be concerned about the conditions which I brought my dog in for. Dr. Darwin also came back into the exam room and went over directions for each medication my dog was to be given. I thought this was especially great

I had to bring my best buddy yesterday to have him put to sleep. The vet and technician were very compassionate and understanding and treated Tigger with the utmost respect. They both carried him out to the car and were very sympathetic to my needs. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your help in this most difficult time.

We have been going to Countryside for 10+ years. Yes, the wait can be long, but the vets (and techs) are worth waiting for. Our 2 dogs and 3 cats are well cared for. Our senior dog needed to be admitted yesterday, and Dr. White and Dr. Lewis both called with updates and to give support. Consistent, quality care.

We have used Countryside for several years now, but over the last 3 years or so their care has greatly declined. I don’t know if they are just taking on too many patients or what, but we were grossly under educated on our pet’s diagnosis and when I took him to another vet we found out they were not doing even close to what needed to be done for our baby. This ultimately led to us having to put him down today.

This vet was great 9 years ago when Mount Juliet was small and the population was as well. Since Mount Juliet has grown so much over the last decade they have not scaled their business to reflect the growth. Calling to schedule appointment for your pets can only be done weeks in advance and even trying to find an appointment with a vet tech for a nail trim is a chore. Couple this with receptionists that act as though your business is a burden and with attitude. We've taken our pets elsewhere. There are finally other options for Veterinary care in MJ and Id suggest if you are a new client, look

I used to think highly of Countryside and would not hesitate to recommend them. However, since having my dog euthanized there a couple months ago, I question whether their sincerity is genuine. This may not apply to all doctors there, but something really rubbed me the wrong the way. They sent me a sympathy card signed by several employees which is pretty typical I assume, but it was like a month later. And it’s not the timing of it, but the doctor who did the euthanasia didn’t even sign the card, nor did the doctor that had treated her the most during her visits. The owner signed it which

Today I had to take two huge labs to the vet! I can’t say enough about the customer service! They came out to the truck and helped me get the dogs inside directly to a room! The veterinarian listened to all my concerned and was so gentle and great with Lilly and Trigger! The little assistant was amazing and I didn’t get her name but she was such a blessing to me! They even helped me get them back out to the truck! Loved the professionalism, customer service, and the care they gave our fur babies!!!💖💙

The vets here are absolutely amazing. They are reasonably priced. 110% absolutely no complaints on how they care for the pets they see.
The ONLY complaint I have is getting in! My dog had an emergency, I called, they said they couldn’t see him. They told me to call the next morning at 7am, and they would call me back when they could fit him in. That night, I took him to another clinic where they told me my only options were to put him down, or amputate his leg. The next morning I called, like I was told at 7am, and was told that a doctor called out, they wouldn’t be able to fit me in. I asked

I love this place. All of the vet techs and doctors are kind and compassionate. They were so good to me when I had to put my cat down. They were very helpful to us when our dogs had back injuries, also. Everything is always explained very well and I feel very confident that my pets are getting the best care with Countryside.
