Callie is an endurance athlete who has competed in long course Ironmans and has run a number of marathons. Originally from Spokane, Callie is a G.U. graduate.

I have neen coming for 2 months now, and think the specialists and assistants are great. You simoly MUST be dog friendly to visit, as gus will make sure you are as you come in. Charlie and Sam are great, and work at your pace.
The only negative I could have, is they schedule everyone at the top of the hour, so it can be crowded and overwhelming as you come in the door.

I love this locally owned gym! The staff is amazing, and they've done an excellent job of taking many classes online via a FB group during COVID. Their knowledge and attention to each individual's needs sets this fitness center apart. My husband and I have been dong weekly personal training sessions via Zoom with owner Nicole Kuhn, and we think she's just great.

Tailwind Fitness is a breath of fresh air when it comes to fitness and workout spaces. If you like bright neon lights,mirrors everywhere and extremely loud music this is NOT your jam. If you prefer working out with nationally certified professional trainers and instructors in a small class setting with individualized attention and want to see results then I highly recommend TailWind Fitness. You'll find every class you'll need including TRX,yoga and restorative yoga, circuit training , weights, body sculpting, mat pilates,HITT, cycling and Senior Fitness classes. The staff is friendly

Met Nicole in January of this year and I absolutely adore her. She is seriously the best. I meet with her three times a week and I can see the results. I've already lost 12 pounds!! She makes the workouts fun, effective, and enjoyable. Nicole is a pleasure to work with and I'm so grateful to workout with her! Jen and Callie are awesome as well! Super proactive and easy to talk to. Tailwind fitness it the best!
