We were living in Cole Valley and kept bumping into John at the open houses for his listings (pre-covid). He was always very friendly and answered our questions, knows everything about the Cole/Haight/NOPA residential market.

I contacted John based on his postcard mailing and had a long email chat with him prior to talking with him. The property has been in the family for 103 years and I grew up in the Haight. So I chose him because he lives there and knows the neighborhood. He did an excellent job in marketing my non MLS listing. He actually did even more than I expected. I am not a fan of real estate agents so the above was truly above and beyond what anyone would expect. An offer came quickly and John had to bend over backwards because the buyer's agent and firm (Paragon Real Estate) was not very cooperative
