We LOVE Joni Greenawalt! We have a multigenerational household that doesn’t allow for much flexibility with regard to layout, size, etc. and we knew it would take a while to find the right home. She was patient and stayed in touch, even through the early “just looking” stage, and she was ready to jump right in when our search became more active. This was also a first home purchase and she explained the process thoroughly and really helped me understand all aspects of home buying. All of the referrals she made along the way (mortgage lender, insurance, movers, etc.) were excellent to work

Steve and the team at Vantage did a great job and helped us to find the perfect house. They met with us to learn about our needs first and worked with us to help focus our search. As we found things we liked, they further refined the search. Once we found the house, they walked us through everything as first-year buyers and made sure we were comfortable and had everything in shape for closing. Highly recommend!

We had Joni as our realtor. She was amazing. I only ever talked to her on the phone but my husband and his mom met her to look at houses one weekend and he said she was really great. She helped us find an awesome home and helped us get in as quick as possible. She was really good about letting us know what was going on each step of the way and helped us whenever we needed it

My husband and I just bought our first house with Vantage Realty! We moved across the country earlier this year, and Steve and his team were a huge help to us right from the start. Even before we moved, Steve took the time to chat with me on the phone about the area and to answer any questions I had. We decided to rent for 6 months to get to know the area.
