I will start off with a positive note first. The inside of my apartment is nice and spacious. So far maintenance orders are completed in a time manner and I love it. But for the amount of rent this apartment complex is charging it’s not worth the money. The maintenance outside of the buildings are nasty and dirty. The trash stay piled up on the ground around the dumpsters weekly. They don’t have a drop off box to leave money orders for payments and now with the new changes we are forced to pay online only, which charges a fee to pay with a debit card and/or check. The breezeways are nasty and

The value for an apartment here is unbeatable. The living space is very clean and open, and the amenities are awesome. My kids love the playground! The management is wonderful and really go above and beyond to show they care. The few times we have needed maintenence, they showed up within the hour to help. Could not recommend this place more!

Only 2 weeks in and we are still loving this community. The atmosphere is homey. 99% of the residents will greet you. The response time of maintenance is awesome. (No big issues) The ease of being about 5 minutes away from anywhere you need to be is amazing plus your not in the middle of the city either. Honestly perfect in my opinion. The value of square footage vs the price is down right amazing, plus the interior is awesome. Up to date fixtures and looks. Would defiantly recommend to anyone looking for a new home.

Worst leasing office staff !! They never answer the phone, always have to go through maintenance workers to get answers, and when they do answer the phone it’s with an attitude as if the residents have no right to be frustrated that they cannot get the help they need/asking for and their mail. I have called for two days in a row to get a package and information not only did i have to go through maintenance for my mail but also to ask what can and cannot be done during this time. They should be able to multitask between everyone and/or let us know the circumstances instead of ignoring us then

Hello All. I would like to start off by saying that these apartments are pretty nice and the staff is great however, if you like to smell mold and have no problem dealing with a busted A/C unit then these are the perfect apartments for you... Their maintenance staff does everything half assed and starts from square one when assesing an issue.… Instead of communicating with each other or leaving notes stating the previous issues, they play a guessing game because even to this day, my apartment smells like MOLD. For someone who is asmatic, this are stressful living conditions. Heather the

We had no issues with our apartment until our last month here. Today I went to the office today to pick up my package and with everything going on with COVID19 tenants have to wait outside on the curb and not… knock and to call the phone. ( they never pick up the phone). I had my 7 month old son in the heat waiting for 15 mins. I decided to knock and peaked in and saw lady eating lunch , which I completely I understand. What threw me off was when, Heather came to the door and was very disrespectful. She told me to give her 6ft which I backed up and I was trying to explain I was waiting for

They can not get my air fixed I have lived out here for over five years and they are constantly coming out to fix it and it keep messing up. And pray that the air does not go out and it is below 85 outside cause that is not an emergency or better yet the other day it was 87 but the excuse I got was I already left for the day. It is 81 in our apartment for the second night in a row and they still can’t get this fixed.

The High Point police and sheriff are at these apartments weekly now. My son came home last night two police officers asking him to get inside as quickly as possible. I couldn’t get in to my building complex just two weeks ago. Last week police outside as i went to work at 8:15 am. Umm it could be high point in general but I’m seriously afraid as a single woman to live in these apartments and it just keeps getting worse. Until they deal with the issues stay away. 7/20/2019
