I am giving three stars to give the benefit of the doubt to other agents. The one I worked with did not understand the language in the standard template offer. At this point, with technology, you're hiring an agent to do contract ad libs and their "expertise." The agent I was working with claimed that offers do not have a default expiration. Aside from that being verifiably untrue, that logically makes absolutely no sense.

I honestly could not be more impressed with my experience with Acme, Courtney and Ghazal. I had worked with another real estate agency and it was a struggle to putting everything together, make decisions on how we wanted the listing together and I just wasn’t trusting the process. Courtney was so clear, ON IT, and kept the train moving every single step of the way. She, for example, even hoped on calls immediately if I didn’t understand small parts of the paperwork.
