Five stars isn't enough for Jeff. My wife and I started looking for our first home in May 2020 and used two different realtors with no success. We couldn't even get a foot in the door, and that's when Jeff came in. As first time home buyers we had no idea what we were doing a relied on Jeff's expertise and guidance. We had a limited budget and in the San Diego market, that doesn't get you far, so we let Jeff take the reins. Jeff has managed my condo rental for four years and was awesome every step of the way. Great communicator, proactive about helping keep the place up and very responsive to my tenants. I never once had to make a trek from Chicago to San Diego to deal with anything, he was able to work out even some pretty big repairs without my involvement. Tenants loved him. Dealt with my weird neighbors. I would highly recommend his services to anyone.

Jeff was the listing agent on a house I bought in La Mesa. I liked him immediately, plus he and my Realtor seemed to work great together. Very honest, helpful and flexible. Even after we closed the deal, he made himself available to me and answered all the questions that I had. I don't know many people who invited the selling Realtor to their house warming party, but I was more than happy to have both Jeff and my Realtor present to celebrate! When my wife and I bought our condo in Hillcrest, Jeff was the listing agent. He and his family were so nice, that we were excited to find out that they also lived in the building just below us. So not only can I recommend Jeff as an experienced and trusted realtor, but also as a kind and generous neighbor. I am a first-time landlord, and was so nervous about putting my lovingly renovated condo on the rental market, having heard some horror stories! But he (and Taylor) have handled everything for me worry-free - they found some wonderful tenants, and the money is always in my account when promised. It is well, well worth the property management fee to not have to deal with the usual renter

Jeff and his wife, Taylor, (who helps occasionally) are really great at what they do. I moved away from San Diego to Maryland and was really nervous about leaving my place so far away. I found Jeff on Yelp and couldn't be happier! He's helped me finish regular maintenance to get the place ready, advertise my condo on several Web sites I'd never heard of, and get my place rented to a quality tenant. He's even been willing to meet with several of my friends for various tasks that I couldn't do from across the country.
