Walk and talk therapy is an opportunity to step outside of the ordinary office therapy setting, I offer clients the opportunity to have sessions outside, often walking, but this may also involve time sitting in a natural setting. Large amounts of research have been done around the impact of both exercise and nature on not only our physical, but our mental and emotional well-being as well.
