Train where and when you like, with the guidance of an experienced professional at your fingertips. Trick9 Fitness provides everything you need to smash your goals and come up with new ones! In-person training allows for more personal interaction between trainer and client, and allows the trainer to make instant assessments and adjustments, which prevent injury, and promote results.
I was worried that I would not be able to gain mass or even get into training, and I was extremely self conscious. Patrick tailored my exercises to my body type and even gave me nutritional advice to make sure I was always ready for working out, and he made the exercises very fun and very effective.
We start by learning about your background, your fitness level/experience, and the space and equipment you have available. Then we come up with a plan. I'll usually make some equipment suggestions that fit your needs/budget, and then we agree on a schedule.
We'll log on at the agreed times, and I take you through a whole workout each time; monitoring your form, adjusting the intensity to your energy levels, and coming up with alternatives when something isn't working the way we want it to.This is done mostly via a workout app I've been using for years.

In person training means you come in to the studio and I take you through your workouts in person, monitoring and correcting and adjusting everything to fit your current abilities and energy. With multiple HEPA air purifiers running, masks on, maintaining our distance, training one person at a time, with dedicated surface and air sanitizing time between sessions, Trick9 Fitness is one of the safest places to train in town!
Fitness Consulting is a service which evolved naturally as I worked with different people, and fine-tuned what it was they needed from me. For a fraction of the cost, both in time and money, fitness consulting provides a lot of what personal training provides: accountability, guidance, motivation, instruction, and more.

This summer I decided to get some training and work out ideas that will help tone my muscles. Patrick was very knowledgeable and explained how to do the exercises using bands and my own body weight. We met at the park, which is a great place to workout during these covid days. I did get a chance to check out his studio. The studio is very clean and there is a lot of different types of workout equipment for him to train a client on.
