The manager is tooooo rude, she always looking to grab the deposit you pay. Me and my friend didn't get our deposits back in full even we submitted the apartment in fully cleaned and ready shap.
Don't waist your lives there.

They always trying to find ways to complain about something. Over charge and take all your deposit raise rent ridiculously high never fix anything and then when you move they fix it up to charge new tenant's way higher! Its not even updated.

I moved in 2 mos ago and the Managers helped me even though I do not have great credit. Socorro went out of her way to help me with everything I need. Brandy was so nice and walked me through each step and I love my new remodeled apartment.

Worst Management No customer service at all. Very sad for the Owners who put managers that smile and say what you need to hear. But treat consumers like they own you to live there!

Moved into a cattage about 6 months ago. I really like it here, it's quite and the grounds are well keep. Had a maintenance request, it was address immediately, maintenance staff was very friendly & cleanup after themselves. Great place :)

Very unhappy with this apartment complex. They complain about everything. If you have children beware they expect for you to have the quiet all the time. Takes forever to fix anything and even when they do they want to come when you are not home. Can't have anything on the balcony without complaints. Management is horrible. Brandy is very unprofessional and has no customer service or manners at all. High rent. Not worth it. Find somewhere else to live!

Very very disappointed with management and this place in general. If planning on renting here be aware of what your signing and when you do your initial walk thru make sure they note everything that has a flaw (mostly everything since they're so old) if not it will come out of your deposit. My husband made the mistake of taking Socorro's word (office staff) "oh we have that noted already" or "we dnt look into That small of a detail" Yet when they did the final walk thru Brandy (manager) deducted every little thing she could. My husband bought the exact paint they told us (from Kelly paints) patched

I'm staying in old apt and maintenance has not fixed my fan.and raised the rent on evrryone 100 dollars . Not worth it surrounded by a bad neighborhood.
