Pine Ridge Apartments

The manager Karina is horrible she always have a attitude all the time! But the rest of the ladies in the office were always kind and helpful but Karina is the worst!

I lived here for a year and it was fine. I had great neighbors and it was quiet a d close to the freeway. However there is never any parking and it was such a pain getting home from a long night at work and having nowhere to park. When moving out I had the worst experience with a walk through and the ladies were very rude and in the preliminary walk through everything was 'fine and it was the 'cleanest apartment they ever had in a move out'. On the final walk through everything was different and they said their was stains when their wasn't and tried charging us extra money on top of the deposit

If you want a DECENT place to live, look else where. This is not a safe place to live at. Not just that, rent is super expensive. You can rent in a nice area for the same price. Oh, and management here is terrible. They need a new manager for sure.

Nice place with great surroundings. Always felt safe in there. Great washing rooms. The only downside is they will give you a busted apartment if you don’t check it thoroughly. When you leave they will upgrade the apartment with your deposit. Don’t expect to get much back. The ladies In the office were always nice. Nothing is their fault.

Cars get broken into a lot here and the office does nothing about it. Rent is pretty high and the least they can do is keep us and our property safe.

I lived here just a few months but i love it,got 2 pools,laundry rooms are clean,work real well getting cable installed can sometimes take time but other than that everything is great,located right behind shopping and schools are 5 to 10 mins away

This place is ok. It has washers, dryers, and pools but they really have to keep this place more secure and safe because some times I feel like they just let anyone in here and it's like dude if they don't live here and their not visiting anyone then they have no business in here. Also they keep raising the rent on us and were trying to get out but can't because they keep raising the rent and this place is not even that good. But the staff are ok especially the two middle aged men with the nerdy mustaches that ride around in the little carts, those guys are nice. But I don't really think you should

My overall experience with these apartments I would say a 8/10! The only downfall was the crowding with the parking for more than one car, No washer & dryer inside of the apartments. Plenty of laundry mats around the fenced apartments though. The staff made my experience that much better honestly, the office is great and the maintenance team is awesome! Karina, Cynthia, Yami, Xotchi were always there to accommodate my needs. Great team!

Can't wait to move out. Front gate hardly works. No parking for the tenants. Parking spaces are so tight squeeze. We always have water issues shutting off without notice.

I moved here from Orange County two months ago and am very glad I did. I drove up early Saturday morning hoping to find an apartment to move into three weeks later, I was overwhelmed with fear at the notion I might not find an apartment. I first visited Redwoods and Pine Oak and they didn't have any vacancies. When I got to Pine Ridge I was lucky enough that they had a two bedroom available. I can not say not bad thing about Pine Ridge Apartments. The two times I have had issues with my dishwasher and bedroom door were fixed immediately. The front office staff is a 10 out of 10. Karina originally
