Park Brighton

Office staff is wonderful! BUT THIS area is HORRIBLE when it comes to vandalism!!! Myself and neighboring renters from same location have had our vehicles vandalized Constantly . We’ve all filed police reports! Property management won’t put up cameras for our protection and the so called security has been caught sleeping in their vehicle while on duty!!!

Wow, just wow.... during this pandemic we've all been quarantined inside our apartments... ran into Christina the property manager and told her it was my daughters birthday and a few hours later she and Anita the other property manager left a huge bag of gifts for my 4 year old daughter I've lived here for a few years and they've always been good to us but this is just beyond words. Bless you guys

Before I start, I have to say that Mrs. Anita is amazing she helped me very quickly. The unit was open an available, they allowed me to see the unit upfront. And I have to say, the units are beautiful amazing. Nice area with the most amazing extras for example a pool, gymnasium etc. I am going to be very happy here, and Anita is just incredible. Very professional, has an amazing personality and is the most friendliest individual I've ever met.
If you are looking for a unit this is the place to go to. Excited to be a tenant, anyhow have a blessed day.

Park Brighton seemed like a nice place on paper. In person, it doesn't look so great. I had an appointment to see a one bedroom unit that would be available soon (I think someone just moved out and it was supposed to but an example). The lady on the phone told me to go between 2 and 3 PM on Wednesday. I did, and when I showed up it was a person in the common office room with two other people (I'm assuming new tenants or interested individuals). I looked around to find who called me. This lady (unprofessional looking-frizzy hairsprayed hair/tacky-gaudy bejeweled sweater) looked so angry

Park Brighton will always have a special place in my heart, if you're looking for a nice apartment to call home then this is definitely the place to stay.Cristina and Anita are the absolute best and are very kind and friendly to us, and also coming from a business standpoint they are the absolute best at communication and are very thorough with any walk through we ever had upon the start of our Park Brighton journey,these were some of the best few years we've spent at any apartment and overall an amazing experience and I truly enjoyed living in this space,thank you for all the memories and I wish

I cannot say enough nice things about my experience with renting from Park Brighton. Not only is it centrally located for me; work and family are close, but the whole package including the beautifully kept grounds, the staff's attention to detail, my quiet apartment that is well maintained, the spacious and well maintained wash area, and the safety I feel when I walk with my dog or grandkids. I lived here before my father passed away and when it was time for me to find an apartment again, the only place I wanted to call home was right here at Park Brighton! I called and Anita and Christina welcomed

I have lived in numerous apartments throughout my college years and I have to say Park Brighton stands above all. Not only do they take care of issues concerning your apartment but they are diligent in doing so. I am a returning resident because I feel at home at Park Brighton. The management here are so caring and considerate with whatever questions or problems you have. There has never been a time where I walk into the front office with an issue and it is taken care of or I am given a time line of what to expect. Also, I have never seen an apartment put on festivities for the holidays like Park

Love it here! It is a very quiet community, the grounds are kept up and maintenance is extremely responsive and fixes any issues right away. The office is great, very friendly and helpful - they seem to really care about their tenants. Very happy I moved here!

I have lived at Park Brighton for 9 years now. I have to say living here is like having a very supportive and helpful community. The staff are so helpful and sensitive to their residents needs, as well as knowing us personally. It's very quiet and comfortable. As a single female I feel very safe especially because we all look out for each other. Thank you Cristina, Anita, Yolanda, and Santiago your the best!!!! CBooth

I've just moved in and am pleased so far. During the lead-up to move-in, Christina & Anita were accommodating in regards to a matter that could have been a concern. On move-in day, Anita was friendly and thorough, and I had my questions answered with patience. I've only been moved in a few days, and already feel "at home".

I came in today looking for a new place to live, found myself in the most happiest place on earth as Park Brighton was celebrating there annual easter egg hunt for there residents that obviously enjoy every minute of it, the smile on the children's faces was wonderful to see. Anita office lady said they didn't have anything for my time line but gave me so much information with a happy heart. I'm sad it didn't work for me but I can see the residents are happy to call Park Brighton there home! She even gave me a cup cakes when I left!

Eric Harper Said; I believe that this apartment complex is the "Bees knees ". They have holiday functions to help keep the community intact. Always helpful when repairs are needed. The staff is helpful and informative. It's a quiet community and I feel at home.
