If I could give them 0 stars I would. Horrible customer service. For a complex that values luxury amenities and services they don’t provide it. Never have a maintenance person on site for emergency repairs. They will enter your property at 3 in the morning without calling first. Stating is an emergency but don’t knock loud enough or announce themselves when they enter. Only find out someone entered when you call to report something. “Oh the maintenance man entered your home at 3 already. This has been taken care of” If your locks mess up a worker will tell you find someone who can fix it

One of my good Friends live at the edge Apt. They personally told me it is one of the worst Apts. they have lived at. The Apt is falling apart. The maintenance dep. has not fixed the Apt for a while now. They have had many serval work orders and nothing has gotten done at all. The pictures on there website have not been updated at all for a long time. The fountains and pounds are really Disgusting with green Goo in them, the laundry room is always Filthy, i can go on and on from what they told me. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO LIVE HERE!

My experience here has been HORRIBLE. When me and my lady moved in we had a roach infestation and nat problem that they took over a week to get taken care of. Maintenance is the worse, we have had broken doors closets, drawers, toilet doesn’t flush water leaking inside our unit from water heater and to this day still haven’t gotten things fix and we’ve been here for over a year. The staff at the front office when scheduling appointments in their records indicated our unit wasn’t even a part of their complex.
I would Recommend not living at this Apartment complex.

Be aware it’s bad plumbing and house roaches .
Yes they will come to spray but if your not use to living with roaches or dealing with bad plumbing do not move here . I live here for 4 months I had to throw away all brand new fruniture do to bad plumbing the unit kept flooding , bad roach problem. Staff will lock you in a lease and will not inform you about everything untill your try to leave abc your threading with a lease that you sighn I went through hell and loss money on fruniture, food etc .

My husband and I love the ladies in the front office. It is a blessing to have such good people manage these apartments. And the new maintenance is awesome. When I put in a maintenance issue we got results on a timely manner. I would recommend these apartments there upgrading everything. The pool area is always clean. I feel safe here. And that is very important to me and my husband. God bless the staff here, they have been so polite and understanding. As long as you're honest with them. Then you would love to live here to. Always n Forever.

This place is horrible!!!!! Because it’s so easy to get in the apartments they let anybody in smdh. The place seems very fraudulent about how they go about handling business. The ladies at the front office are unprofessional as can be. I called the front office for Tiffany somebody else answered the phone and i as i was asking for Tiffany, i hear Tiffany in the background “tell her I’m not here” huh!? Tiffany is supposed to be the manager! My apartment was horrible, the piping stinks. My next door neighbors smoked weed all day. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

I do not live here, but my family does. I live out of state and visit them frequently. I usually stay a few days at a time when I visit. My daughter in law told me that the hot tub has never worked since they’ve lived here over a year, and the swimming pool is always closed due to maintenance.I had once considered moving here to be closer to my son, but after visiting many times and seeing how poorly the grounds and amenities are taken care of and how disgustingly dirty it is, I would never move here, or recommend it to anyone. I would like to Fix my review I fell like I need too. I may of put the wrong information from my last repose. I have lived at Meadow lakes for 3 years now and it is a great place to live. The staff is really nice. The Maintenance here is excellent. When you put in a request the usually get back to you within the next day deepening on the work load. The rent is fair. For being on this side of town other parts of town are not the best like over here. This side of town is better then other parts.

I barely moved here and all I had was trouble. I was renting a 2 bedroom and they charged me nearly 1279$ not including any utilities, that's outrageous for an apartment that doesn't even include anything and wasn't even that comfy! You aren't even allowed to have people over! 2 guests per apartment really?? That's just dumb. How are you going to have someone pay that much and tell them they aren't allowed to have guests over! I have a big family and 2 guests aren't going to cut it. Just a terrible place overall!

I moved to Meadow Lakes Apt. in Oct 2013 and I love living here. The office staff is very friendly, they always greet me with a smile and if I need something done it gets done in a timely manner. The maintenance crew has been the same, anytime I ask for something to be done, the guys are here in a very short time, for example I needed some window locks (I did not have to purchase them) and a new filter for the vents and both were taken care of within an hour with the filter installed. I was nervous about living alone for the first time but the staff here has made me feel very safe and comfortable
