Oye's Restaurant & Bar

Late post. We decided not to cook on Christmas so ordered from oyes. We ordered basic items pupu platter which every item in it definitely was not fresh. The boneless spareribs were so dry and had no flavor. The salt and pepper shrimp was soggy benefit of the doubt we took it to go so maybe it would of been fresher if we dined in. The two star is for the crab Rangoon guess it was ok. I'll probably give it one more try dining in soon

I fell in love with this restaurant .
The owner was so polite and cooked us a special dish .
He loves what he does and it shows .
My sister Lisa ,Patti and Pat and I will be back to have fresh food served with a touch of Magic !!!

This restaurant has a bar upstairs where you can order drinks. It's a complete dive with a strange mixed crowd of old and young people. Not high class in anyway. They had a homemade DJ with cheap equipment but he played music for the 70s to the 2000s English, Spanish, not hard core rap or rock. Every one danced. The one up to the bar were the drinks are cheap and the bars tenders are really cool people. 😎
However, I can not speak for the restaurant down stairs. I have not tried the food yet!! But I hear the food is really good.

Love the food, the place is a little pricy but worth it especially the sushi, and they definitely don't skimp on the drinks which I loved, lol

Great luncheon deals got soup, appetizer and main dish. Food was delicious, fresh and hot. Only disappointment was they serve american tea! I was expecting Chin Chu or even green tea but got Lipton (which I like, but Chin Chu is better with Pad Tai. Will come back here again

I have always been curious about this restaurant seeing mixed reviews about it. So I decided to try it for myself. I ordered the mango mai tai and also the mai tai #3 and I really enjoyed them. Strong but not disgusting just right. The food was pretty good reminded me of a different Asian restaurant. The only problem I had was with the calamari. It was very chewy and dry, no flavor either. It was pretty disappointing. We also tried the sushi there which I was nervous to try since most of the bad reviews I saw had to do with the sushi . It was decent fortunately. Overall not a bad place quick service

Ordered takeout tonight & literally so disgusted. Last week we ordered from here & thought the tuna looked off so we tried it, nasty but the rest of the food was good so no biggie. Ordered again tonight for a quick dinner & this is the tuna they gave me. I gagged and had to spit it out Gross!!!

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE AT THIS RESTAURANT. I just ordered $50 worth of food online and received the wrong order. I called the restaurant asking for a refund and even offered them to come back for the food (I didn't touch it) and the manager told me they will not refund me. They are only willing to "place a credit on my account" so when I dine there again, they will take the money off. ABSOLUTELY insane. I don't want to eat there again after this experience. I will be filing a complaint.

I love their gluten free take out. The restaurant has a nice interior with excellent service and i hope to eat in soon. The employees work hard and The owner Is the best.

This was my 3rd time here so obviously I liked it prior to this trip but I wasnt impressed this time around, the food was just ok, the restaurant is nice and the drinks are good

I will never go back! We had 7 o'clock reservations and when we got there, we waited 40 minutes and ended up leaving. The staff wasn't helpful or apologetic at all. We had family from out of town and this totally ruined our night!

Took out sushi, pan fried noodle and scallion bread.sushi and noodle were great while bread was so so. A good place to have non authentic Chinese food.

Was great ! I went during the week and it wasn't busy at all. The people were nice and respectful by wearing their mask and still social distancing. We weren't disappointed with out food at all. Will definitely go again .

I definitely don't think this place is bad but I don't think certain parts of it is very good. The things that are great are really great things that are bad are really bad
The decor is pretty nice when you go in It was set up nice as far as the spacious seating. we got the appetizer platter which was probably the best part The chicken fingers were amazing and the bone spare ribs was pretty good. Came here to celebrate a few birthdays and had a table for 8 to ourselves. Overall we spent a little over 300$ and had a good experience. I liked the service, the ambiance was meh. We were sat down right next to the entrance so we didn't really see much of that.

Onto the good.
The service was excellent. Our waiter was very attentive. Came by a lot during our 1.5+ hour meal. Always checking in on us and seeing if we needed more drinks, getting rid of empty plates and bringing in new ones. He was on point the whole night which is such great service. My friend and I have hubbys who don't love sushi so every chance we get to go to dinner just us we always pick sushi and Oye's is our go to spot! Staff is friendly, John was great yesterday, and the sushi and drinks (esp the lychee martini if you never tried it TRY it's soo good!) never disappoint!! The avocado salad is the only thing that wasn't so great it had too much mayo I couldn't eat it but usually it's very good!

Nice little restaurant. We went for my daughters birthday dinner. They were very attentive when entering restaurant. They couldn't find our reservation but it wasn't busy so we were seated right away. The waiter was very nice and catered to our specific allergies with care and concern. They accidentally made one of the dishes with meat and swiftly took it away and started another. The food seems to be made to order so some of the stuff took longer and nothing was delivered at the same time which was a little weird when trying to eat and some guests didn't have their food yet. If you are are single and looking looking for a decent place to meet other singles. Pass this place by. It is not for you. Closed groups are not interactive. Good drinks and poor inter mixing. Try Polcaris or thediplomat.

I'll preface this by saying that I wanted to give a 3.5 star because of the waiter but the restaurant shouldn't suffer because of one person.

We visited Oye's for the first time yesterday with some friends. The environment was great and the food was tasty. We had:
-Appetizer platter (crab Rangoon, chicken fingers, chicken skewer, bbq pork and spring roll). The portion was more then enough for four people.
-Philadelphia Maki. Delicious and fresh! (6 big rolls)
-Butter Fish with Miso sauce (from the grill). This was very tasty but VERY small. It's more of an appetizer then

First time here, nice atmosphere and good service. Has dinner downstairs, wish I could see the atmosphere upstairs next time. The food was very tasty and nicely presented as well. Overly ordered but still great for to go. It's a great place do a date night or casual dinner. It's right on the highway.

This place was new to me since I last visited. My mom recommended, so I cannot say no to that. I loved the interior, unexpected from the standard outside. The server was very polite and helpful. The interior design was classy and it has the feel of a much more expensive restaurant. The food was perfectly presented, and everything was tasty (save for one of the sushi rolls with tofu which was just so so kinda boring). Restroom very clean and the whole vibe was upbeat.

Great service and delicious food! The appetizers we ordered were brought over to the table minutes after ordering. The menu had a great selection of Chinese, Korean and some Japanese dishes. Ordered the bulgogi from the grill and it was very tasty but I recommend ordering something extra if your really hungry. Also, the fried ice cream was very good, better than the fried banana desert.

Been dying to come here and finally made it! Came in and sat at the bar. I do have to say it is really nice inside here, they did a really good job!

The bartender was really friendly. She made us delicious mai tais :) right away we ordered gyoza. They were amazing and they give you a good portion. After we ordered crab rangoons, general gaus chicken and house fried rice. Everything was amazing we will be back!

They also have a happy hour!

Food was good and service at dinner was quick. For folks that like cooked sushi there are plenty of roles to try.

Thursday night there is karaoke upstairs which had he same 4 people singing all night so it you like to sing you should definitely give this place a go.

There are enough TVs that we will definitely come here for games.
