My experience with this firm and Phillip was great. They were very knowledgeable and professional and had my best interest at heart. Not to mention very kind and caring. They made the whole workman's comp process very comfortable for me. They protected my rights and explained them to me. I would definitely recommend Phillip and the firm (Katz/Freedman in Chicago)to anyone that needs them and have already done that to a friend that needs them as well. I have had the pleasure of using the services of this firm twice although it is unfortunate that their services were ever needed in the first place. If I can give negative stars I would. I sought representation due to being in a car accident 09/18. The at fault party has low budget insurance, and because of that I was not treated like a client. I was questioning the care that I received via physical therapy and other specialists. The more I asked questions to be informed or to gain insight the more mistreated I was from the law firm.
