All of the firm's partners are certified as specialists in workers' compensation law through the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. My experience was incredible with Mr. Robert Katz and his team. I had never been through the process of a lawsuit before, and was very unsure and nervous about how to go about the situation. On the first phone conversation with him he was very reassuring about me having a proper case. He walked me through the process step by step which put my concerns to rest. Let me start by saying that contacting this Law Firm was probably the best thing I could've done for my Worker's Comp case. I found KFS&K by chance on a Google search for a Worker's Comp attorney and their reviews on there speak for themselves. It feels weird to give a good review to something that depicts such a stressful time of my life, but credit is due to this law firm. Not understanding how to navigate the maze of workmans comp law, Mr. Sherry was efficient, reassuring, and professional.
