Do not move here. Go to Sweetwater. You are going to pay for what you get. This place has gotten so horrible. I notice that all of the Caucasian Americans were moving out. Now I know and understand why. They do not want to live around this. It is like the Ghetto in the parking lot. This complex has turned into a park, a detail shop, and a car show. It is ridiculous. It is no longer quiet it is very noisey and you can never sleep and have peace. Always some ghetto music coming from cars. As soon as my lease ends I am moving I definitely will not be renewing my lease

Quiet and safe neighborhood. Friendly and approachable staff. They do a lot of community activities. Courtesy officer will introduce himself to you and he will help you whatever time of the day it is. Maintenance request gets immediately answered and fixed. Love the pool and gym. The business center helps a lot of students and office workers.

I’ve been here since September and have been completely comfortable and accommodated. Mrs.Germany was so helpful and made sure everything was to par upon move in. The grounds and amenities are always kept in great condition and parking is adequate.

Once you sign the lease, you are no more than a number. So many issues and you can’t even get the manager, Corey, to return an email or phone call. Please save yourself the anxiety of moving here.
The maintenance team and the housekeeper at this property are as reliable as a McDonald’s Ice Cream Machine

Terrible customer service and communication. Would not recommend this place to ANY potential resident. Several friends have mentioned similar issues in regard to management failing to uphold quality communication and timely repairs. Find a different apartment to rent from.

Very bad service here! Went to the office to complain about the noise level numerous of times and they said they could not do anything about it. It’s such a shame that you have to live so uncomfortable in your own place.
Not only is the noise level an issue, upon moving in my apartment was not cleaned. Went to the office to complain about it… nothing happened.
Oh and not to mention on my balcony was so much dog feces… I could not open my door… flies were everywhere!!!! they cleaned it but it should have been done before move in!

There are people who moved in below us 6 or 7 people living in a two bed room making all kinds of noise and slamming the door and making the floor in the apartment jump . When the black gentleman with the grey truck starts up vehicle loud music is playing when leaving out complex revs up engine which awakes my baby. This is not only disturbing us it’s disturbing others who live here. It was very peaceful and quiet until this nightmare happened.

This complex has a HIGH turnover rate, EVERY month I went in to the front office to pay rent it was a different employee. Hands down the worse experience ever trying to move out. When I told the young lady the date I wanted to move out, she told me no, it needed to be at least a 60 days notice which was understandable and I agreed upon. When those 60 days were up I was told I had to pay extra because the young lady entered in the wrong move-out date. Nice apartments and staff is great but my rent went up by almost $35 in 5 months. I was told it would be $1030/mth, then a month later I was told that my rent had gone up to $1043/mth because of sewer, water, and garbage. Then 2 months later after writing a check for the $1043, I was told I was short on my rent check and it was now $1063. WTH!!! For what I'm paying for rent, I could be paying a mortgage on a real house.
