I signed a lease at Redpoint in 2020 and moved out July 2021. I would have considered signing another lease, but I was on track to graduate December 2021 so that didn’t work for me. I had a much better experience at Redpoint than my previous apartment, but there were still some issues.
As far as move in went, my room and bathroom were completely spotless and I was surprised and happy being that my previous apartment complex didn’t even clean the carpet much less anything else. The move in process was also very smooth.
I also felt pretty safe around the complex at night because often times

My apartment at Redpoint is very nice. I feel that the apartments are nicer and bigger than most in the area and I love the amenities. However, in all honesty there are some big flaws that you should be aware of before moving in. Not all of the townhouses have balconies. I pay the same exact rent in my three bedroom as someone else and they have a balcony and I do not. So be prepared that you may pay for a balcony but you might not have one when you move in :/ There is no security at Redpoint which is not ideal for college girls especially. There are no gates no security cameras and at night it

Redpoint is ghetto. Management is lazy, unprofessional, and OVERALL HORRIBLE. Corporate is a JOKE. They don’t address any issues presented to them. The females that work in the leasing office are even worse, probably due to the fact they are not trained by professionals. They don’t greet you as you come in and there is never anyone at the front desk, I shouldn’t have to yell to get someone to come out to assist me. They all have attitudes, there is no customer service AT ALL and there is always something wrong. The exterminator is horrible as well. We need the exterminator at least once a

Hi , I am a current resident writing off my friend account but I just want to inform you all I highly do not recommend this apartment complex ! They will place anybody in your apartment with you and don’t look at what would be a nice fit for you . They will place anybody in your apartment based on availability. You can feel your life is in danger/ roommate making you highly uncomfortable with doing things that are inappropriate and you can go make a complainant and they still will not move the roommate out of your apartment …. Also , you pay a nice amount of money for these apartments to not

I stayed here one year & in that time….. the A/C went out multiple times. The maintenance man argued with me that it was working when it was clearly 75 degrees or higher in the unit which eventually led to mildew. It wasn’t until I went into the leasing agreement and provided the statements showing that they were not keeping their part of the deal before they got a real repairmen in there to fix it. & all they did was paint over the mildew, it was back a few months later. We went through three dryers because they would never work. I had to call my own exterminator after filing a maintenance
