Services
Rates/installments do not represent a monthly rental amount (and are not prorated), but rather the total base rent due for the lease term divided by the number of installments. Rates/installments are listed "by the bed" and do not reflect full unit pricing. Square footage and/or dimensions are approximations and may vary between units.
Residents are welcome to log in to their portal to add in a work order or they can stop by the front office and we would be happy to put in a work order for them. If a resident is locked out of their office after office hours they are required to pay a $75 lock-out fee. This amount will be charged to their ledger.

My experience with the tiger plaza stadium squad is a very bad one, everything in the apartment is broken nothing is working. I will never recommend this apartment complex to anyone especially with children, I have 4 children and my life has been miserable living here because I had to deal with everything by myself even after paying rent. The ataff are completely set of unserious people they do not know there job. I'm just upset.

I wouldn't recommend Tiger Plaza & Stadium Square to NO ONE! They NEVER fix anything. I had a roach/bug problem which they cared nothing about. I was being over charged for electricity I didn't use. Not to mention ALL of the crime/police busting down doors looking for people/the killings. The pot holes on the property are deadly, I have had to replace 3 tires. The assistant property manger is worthless and doesn't help. THIS IS NOT A SAFE PLACE FOR ANYONE LET ALONE A COLLEGE STUDENT. I wouldn't give it 1 star but that's the only way I could write a review. This complex has scammed me out of hundreds

If I could give this place 0 stars I would horrible management maintenance is horrible it’s summer time in Louisiana right now and I have been without my a/c and hot water unit for over a month!! ( Moved here in May 2021) And by the way I didn’t put that bowl there Roto rooter put a dirty bowl from my sink to fix the leak!!! These people are suppose to be professionals I’ve never had problems like this DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! I also have two small girls who have to deal with this as well they don’t care!!

I hope the city of Baton Rouge shuts down Tiger Plaza. Y’all don’t deserve to be open. Able to take people rent money but not even fix up the place. They don’t care about the safety of their residents at all. The responses to the reviews are even generic. If you are considering moving here don’t! I know sometimes it can be hard to find a place to live in Baton Rouge but you will totally regret moving here and the city of Baton Rouge already trying to get the placed shut down.

You get what you pay for. The staff will do everything to get you to sign a lease but as soon as you do good luck getting them to help you at all. If you do make the unfortunate choice to move in here take pictures of everything wrong with your apartment upon move in as they will try and charge you for anything and everything they left wrong with the apartment upon move out.

I moved into Tiger Plaza a little over 2 months ago. I had a problem with the air conditioner. I put in a maintenance request and they were out the next day. I went into the office the other day and they were so friendly and handled all my needs accordingly. Everybody have their own opinion, but I would recommend the stay over there and they have nice prices too.

I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. Do not waste your time or money. First day of getting my key the bottom of my sink was leaking water. I cleaned it up let the office people know and nothing was done. The next day not only was the bottom of the sick back filled with water, but when you step on the kitchen floor water was coming from underneath the tile floors! Around the third day my closet floor was filled with water and I don’t mean just a little. The whole floor was filled with water which damaged some of the things I had sitting on the closet floor that I had yet to

Since they won't respond AND are ruining my credit with a lease that was NEVER signed or renewed, I would like to state how disappointed I am in this company and their management. I lived there for one yr. I had no problems. I am being hit with collections for a lease that I NEVER renewed and that they can't even find. The year they "claim" I renewed the lease is the same time frame I moved to Texas and have THAT lease to show such. They won't remove it. I've disputed it. Management NEVER calls me back. I am moving to pursue legal action.
