We have over 25 years of combined counseling experience helping families, individuals, couples, and kids. Our goal is to be the kind of outpatient counseling practice that you would feel comfortable referring your best friend or your mother to, because you know that we would take good care of them.
I am the founder and co-owner of Parenting & Family Solutions. I'm a licensed professional counselor specializing in families, children, adolescents, and young adults. I have over 15 years of experience as a counselor and mental-health professional and have worked in a variety of settings including: public and non-public schools, community agencies, residential treatment facilities, outpatient therapy centers, and private practice.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor that has over 10 years of experience in the human services field. My work with a variety of populations across settings has helped me to build skills working with all ages, but I specialize in treating anxiety, depression and other common life issues in adults.
I am a Co-owner and the Chief Clinical Officer of Parenting & Family Solutions. As a licensed professional counselor with over 15 years of experience I specialize in both marriage and family counseling for individuals, couples, children, and adolescents. I focus on working with anxious teens and adults, couples who are struggling to connect with one another, and those dealing with grief and loss.
