I saw a posting for a position I was qualified for in the organization. I applied since I like what I read about Camp Gladiator. Passed the phone screening was invited to do a virtual interview with the team. It was well organized and the team was very friendly. I was told that the HR director would be in contact with me. I heard from her via text because she was stuck on a call. She asked if I was available the following day, I explained that my schedule was full and that I would be available after her call. Do NOT bother with this one, you're better off just going to the gym or working out at home with Beachbody. They will not cancel my membership even after I explained that I am moving to a state that does not have a CG location. It's bad enough that I've been paying for this for MONTHS without going now they won't honor their agreement about moving. "Supposedly" they changed this due to COVID and will only downgrade you to virtual workouts. I am waiting to speak to an actual manager now but based on other reviews I likely won't get anyone

TERRIBLE CUST SERVICE if you're trying to cancel your membership. They have charged me for 6 moths after cancellations and I've had to dispute with my cc each month. No supervisors can call you and no one on the phones can help. All they say is that a supervisor will call you with 48 hours but they never do. My trainer when I went was amazing but she left the company, I wonder why now...

BUYER BEWARE. The workouts are fun, even reasonable. Until you want to cancel your membership. We attempted to cancel after our 1 yr contract was over, and over a two month period could not reach anyone We then spoke to our CC company and blocked their charges. Once CG saw the blocked charge, we immediately received a call from them claiming we were in default and demanding repayment, as well as an additional 90 days of payment for their "cancellation notice" period of time. Less than two weeks after refusing their requested payment we were contacted by a collection company.

Worst Customer Service and Company "policy" I've ever experienced in a fitness group. I signed up for a 12 month membership which was the first mistake. The trainers in my local area are unreliable and the online trainers were very basic. The overall experience was less than subpar. My 12th month came up in December, so I called and asked to cancel the membership since I knew from the beginning I would NOT be renewing any kind of contract with the fitness group. I joined CG January 2020 and My selected trainer was great and I definitely give her 5 .I also worked out with another great trainer in my area who i found that his selected times matched better with my work schedule since I work two jobs and really had to find time to do outdoors but he stopped trainer to pursue another career. I enjoyed and did many virtuals but after a break of workouts I logged into my account only to find out that I could no longer do virtual workouts unless I upgraded my contract. I called to cancel my account on 7/12/21 and was instructed that a better option would be to freeze my account at no additional cost to me. Eventually, the auto payment was restarted without indicating me, and I was charged $71.09 three times before noticing that my frozen account had been unfrozen :( partially my fault, but I hadn't attended any sessions or used the companies services in anyway since freezing the account, so I was disappointed when I was told they wouldn't be able to provide a refund. Unethical billing practices. The trainer in my area moved so they no longer provide services here. I tried to cancel my account by email 7 times. You can only do it by phone, yet the two numbers they post are busy or no one ever answers. I had to dispute the charges on my card every month until I eventually had to cancel the card. Poor customer service. They only care about your money.

Pros: So I enjoyed the workouts and they are great, the environment is fun and non-judgemental. You walk away feeling totally pumped.
Cons: Its expensive and once you sign a "contract" YOU CANNOT GET OUT OF IT unless you have a Dr note that says you can no longer participate for the entirety of your contract. There is NO buy out option either. So be aware if you have financial hardship at any time you are screwed. They allow you to freeze for a few months, but FYI those months add to the back end of your contract. For this reason, I will NEVER do this or recommend Camp Gladiator

Don't become a member here because you will never ever be able to cancel your subscription. Worst Customer Service ever, they just don't pick up the phone, you will be on hold for over an hour. I decided to just stop paying after several attempts to get hold of someone and I have a letter from First Credit Services..

Please spare yourself a membership with Camp Gladiator. It will cost you unbelievable stress and money to cancel if you have to cancel due to a medical condition. They won't back pay you if you canceled with a doctors note when you send it via email. It was a simple mistake, I had no idea that I had to cancel through their chat line. I found this news out 4 months later that my membership was still being paid in full, when I have been unable to workout because of my high risk pregnancy and I was told over the phone that it was dealt with. I took their word.

I have been trying to cancel my membership for months now and customer service is no help. After successfully cancelling my one-year contract with them, I was not notified that I will be charged on a month to month basis before they charged my account AGAIN. Everything they do screams shady here. This gym membership is the WORST I have ever dealt with. I wish I could give it a negative rating... what a waste of money...

HORRIBLE experience with Camp Gladiator. You are locked into a Bold membership even after experiencing shoulder pain from the intense workouts. I followed their customer service representative's instructions regarding cancelling at the end of my membership and they denied my cancellation and continued to bill me for 2 months. When I finally noticed, they would not refund the months they billed me in error. They make you jump through hoops to cancel as well. Beware! Would NOT RECOMMEND. Would give 0 stars if I could.

I liked the delivery format of doing virtual workouts online but as workout programs go, I like to switch it up from time to time. I decided to cancel my current subscription and after searching both the app and the website, I realized they will only let you cancel by calling the customer service number during regular business hours. Then when I did call, they said they would be charging me an additional month because you must cancel over 30 days in advance. I feel like these practices are a little shady - make it hard to cancel and squeeze another month out of you. Likely I would have signed

Look up the BBB complaints before wasting your time. My husband and I tried out a couple classes to see if we liked it. The first day we have them all or info and we were told that we would not be charged for those couple classes. My husband hurt his knee during the one week freebie (needed 3 mths PT, scans, the whole nine to fix). We told the instructor that we decided it wasn't for us 4 days into the free week.
