We came her to order pick up, they wouldn't allow us to.order at the window and we had to call so we walked back to our car and called. The first time we called we were hung up on. We called again and asked what the difference was between chow mein and low mein and she responded "their completely different " but wouldn't give any examples, so we decided on chow mein, she asked what kind and all she said was there was a menu online. Long story short, their customer service was garbage and we will not be going back.

Not good at all! Bought the general tso chicken and fried rice and a shrimp egg roll $11.25 the whole meal tasted like everything was boiled in this overly sweet sauce. The egg roll had 1 shrimp in it and that was all cabbage! No vegetables in fried rice just egg!. No napkins and no mustard sauce. Nope don't come here? Go to hong Kong on Portsmouth blvd. To go trays are only 1" deep so not alot of food.wish I could post a picture! Chucked and rice swimming in the sauce!

My family and I have been ordering food from here for over a year. Everything we have ordered has been delicious. The steak and shrimp is very tender and their sushi is delicious too. One of my favorites is the pineapple chicken! Great restaurant with amazing food and everyone at the restaurant is very kind and polite.

Sushi rice was awful. The rolls are the smallest we have ever gotten anywhere. Young lady on the phone, while very polite told me "maybe a half hour but I'm not sure on that". It was an hour and 45 min.
Then I asked for an itemized receipt, and I was shorted one roll they charged me for. I didn't order two, they charged me for two, then still only gave me one.
When not overcharged, the prices are competitive, which is about the only nice thing I can say for them.
I'm not sure if others have had a better time with these folks, but we will not be going back, ever.

I decided to try this place for the first time but I must say I was very disappointed. The customer service was good but not the food. I ordered four chicken wings - as you can see they cut up two chicken wings and sell them as four! They were tasteless. The spring rolls taste like dish soap. The Chicken and shrimp Hibachi was not to bad but 80% of it was rice. I asked for an extra yum-yum sauce and they said it cost .60! I will stick to the Japanese place across the street.
