I had called a few days before thanksgiving to see if I could get my hair cut and colored last minute and was lucky enough to get an appointment and pricing. They called to let me know the hairdresser called in sick but had found someone to still cut my hair. When I went in I was attended to by Missy and Chris. Both were extremely welcoming and friendly while also attentive. I had been in the service industry for 8 years so I appreciated them really taking the time to fully understand and deliver what I wanted even though I was new. After I paid I felt as though it was lower than what I was priced

I was a returning customer to the salon. I had an emergency come up and had to cancel my appointment 24 hours in advance. I called, I was placed on hold for 20 minutes. Then the woman came on and charged me anyway despite the fact that I have an emergency that I cannot make the appointment. They obviously do not consider your time more important than their time. For a service industry, this is unacceptable.

As an extremely picky person I waited 3 years to trust someone with my hair. I wanted to color it but needed a cut as well. I went here and have never in my life had such a great experience at a hair salon. Kate not only understood what I wanted & NAILED it, but she also made my experience pleasurable. such an amazing woman. Multiple stylists came up with suggestions making it feel at home instead of a business. Kate is the best 100% recommend if you’re picky like me!

Stylist made me feel very uncomfortable. I was booked for my second Brazilian Blowout at JRS. I was not so much greeted, but told to sit down by the stylist. When I asked questions regarding the difference between a Keratin treatment and a Brazilian, answers were very short, and I was told they were the same treatment. I never knew this. I have had 3 Brazilian treatments in total, my last one at this salon, and was simply curious about the Keratin, because I understood from previous education from a stylist at the salon that they were two separate processes with different aftercare.

I went into this salon with high hopes that “if I’m paying a lot, then I’ll have quality.”
Super disappointed. My experience at this salon was not good.
Little things here and there but ultimately, my hair was cut way too short.
I went in with long hair, past my butt. I showed the hairstylist where i wanted it cut to, the middle of my back. But it was cut to my upper back.
I love my long hair and it’s a part of me. I went through chemo last year and didn’t lose my hair. This was my first haircut since chemo. It was suppose to be a new start and a special haircut.

Hunter did an amazing job with my hair. I've gotten so many compliments. I've already referred my friends to her. Followed by a blow out with Jess. Both are amazing. Friendly and you will love the feel and look in your hair. The place is gorgeous. They have quality staff quality products and quality results. You will be thankful.

My experience was stellar! This salon is clean, relaxing, upbeat, and professional. All of the specialists were friendly and smiling. Tamara fixed my Covid box colored hair with some gorgeous highlights. She knew exactly what to do and delivered. She also gave sound advice for retaining my color until my next visit. I called several salons that are nearby before I got to this one and either they were not accepting new clients, they didn't answer the phone, no voicemail, or they didn't have time slots available. I love the app you can download for this salon to make appointments. It was so easy
