Obtaining your personal health information is your right. Norton Healthcare is simplifying this process by allowing you to submit your request online. Once submitted, your request will be processed within 14 business days. Patient requests will be released to the patient's MyNortonChart account if an active account is available.

Norton Specialty Pharmacy offers medications that can be difficult to find for complex, rare and chronic health conditions. Because of the complex nature of some conditions and their treatment, patients who use our specialty pharmacy typically need more service than a traditional pharmacy would provide.

The Records Department is in dire need of help!
My STD was not approved due to their lack of attention, urgency and knowledge. As a patient, no one should have to spend time following up trying to get records on what the Insurance company had already requested, but couldn’t get for numerous reasons and I was even told they were sent. A mess.
When you are off you are supposed to be recovering not talking with individuals each telling you a different story.
This is shameful and an embarrassment to the medical community.

3 weeks I’ve been giving the run around for 3 weeksssssss !!!!! whoever is answering the phone they are not communicating with each other everyone I speak to keep saying I’m going to put a note in someone will call you back that is so inconvenient. the person i spoke to she acted like she didn’t care she didn’t show no empathy I keep getting rescheduled for my appointment I’m so disappointed in Norton’s I’m definitely on the search for a new doctor and I will not return I’m not satisfied what so ever. The sad part is I’ve been with Norton’s since I had my son yall delivered
