I began working for PHC in 2016. This company is amazing. They have a wonderful support staff. They care about their nurses and the families they serve. PHC is without equal in the pediatraic home health industry.

I have worked for PHC for almost a year and I have been super happy working with the team. They’re very flexible with scheduling, have a lot of different benefit options, and the patient charting is online and easy to use. I have been with Pediatric Healthcare Connection, I have to say this is the best company I have worked for so far. Most all the staff is very friendly. Vacation time, 401K, beach house, celebration parties are a big plus. I also like the weekly pay and charting on line.

First home health company I've worked for that cares about my welling being and performance. They are just as well connected with families. Lot's of feedback and appreciation goes a long way.
