I’ve been coming here for couple years now. This week I called to schedule an appointment for only flat iron and straightening my bob cut hair!! They never told me the “level” of the stylist I want and apparently they scheduled me with a “level 3” hairstylist. He just used a blowdryer on my curly hair when it’s obvious that my hair gets frizzy and not straight but he didn’t even care. Now you see literally a second after the styling my hair is not straight anymore all over the place and dent! At the end they charged me 92 bucks!!! For only washing hair and blowdry??? Why would you hang up on a client after I spent 400$ there and I was CRYING on the phone expressing how much I hated my haircut?
I've never spent so much money and been treated so bad by a place who's soul purpose is to make people feel great about themselves.
I still hate my haircut. I'm the one who has to look in the mirror EVERYDAY and hate it! I'm reminded EVERYDAY AND I HATE IT!!!!!
It'll take me atleast a year to get it back to where I'm comfortable. I used my hair to hide my insecurities and you being so rude to me has made this by far the worst experience I've ever had

I've been getting my haircut with Grace for years. She does really well with my beachy wavy hair and I've referred several other women with similar hair types who've also been super happy. I appreciate she gives me real advice and talks to me about what I want and what is doable with my hair (and lifestyle). Can't recommend her enough! Also, in the times of COVID, I thought the salon was doing a good job of being responsible (hand sanitizer, temp check, and mask required). I felt very safe in the salon today.

The service was great and they had friendly staff which is the only reason why I give it 2 stars... the job they did on me was terrible although at the time It looked sort of fine I then realized it wasn't, at all. They bleached my entire head and then covered it over with brown and there was no need for that because my natural hair is brown, as I've been told by my new hair stylist this was all unnecessary. It's a way of them having you continuously returning and at the end of the day you will never get what you ask for. BTW I had virgin hair, and she claimed I couldn't do

First time there. Dennis cut my hair. Showed him and tile him what look I wanted. What a hairstylist he is. I loved it from the moment I met him to the end result. I'm sorry but he is so good what he does. He is now my new guy. I will recommend him without a doubt.
Also my daughter got a haircut by Dennise. She is amazing too. Y'all ask for them. They are the best.

I have been going to M salon for a few years now and have nothing but great things to say about it! Several of my friends are now going regularly and also love it.
Christopher Do usually does my hair and always does an amazing job! He has true talent, is very passionate about what he does, and always keeps things entertaining!
I recently got my haircut and color by Alicia instead of Chris because he was booked out for almost a month and wow!! She really took her time with my hair and made sure the color and cut was perfect. Not to mention, she is the sweetest, most positive, and cutest person

5 Stars to M Salon. I’ve been here several times. I live in Vail, Colorado, but prefer to get my hair done here and ALWAYS with Lainey when I’m visiting Houston. I grew up with a hair stylist mom, and I’m very picky, and she’s good. Really good. Not to mention sweet and adorable!! She’s a true artist. Just tell her what you want, she ain’t afraid of nothin’!! I don’t trust anyone else!! Just ask for Lainey!!!

I had With Grace today. From the moment I saw here she was so warm and engaging. Grace went over all my Pinterest picture ideas with me and gave me honest knowledge about my choices. Grace went above in beyond to making sure we were on the same page with my hair color choice. She never made me feel rushed in needing to have my decision. What a JOKE of a business!!!They chopped of a foot of my hair when I was only shown 7 inches!!!!!
I wrote an email explaining how heart broken I was..Never once was I rude! Just sad!!!
I even I tipped the stylist 80$ because I RESPECTED her TIME and I wasn't going to stiff her after she just spent 5 hours on coloring my hair.

I started going to M-salon with Chris Do, who I knew when I was in high school. I love his work however he is always booked and I am the type of person who likes to make appointments if anything week of.
Yesterday I need to kill time before meeting up my friends and figured, let me just see if they have any cancellations or any stylists available. Chris has mentioned before the stylists get great training!
I took the chance and they were able to squeeze me in with Denise!! She did not disappoint and I did not have cutters remorse! It was the Perfect length and perfect layers. M-salon is a solid

Well this mom has learned you get what you pay for. I have visited tons of different salons over the years at all sorts of price points. From $15 haircuts to over $80. From the big chain names: Super Cuts, Visible Changes, Toni & Guy, to some locals like Amy Hieu. I have never been able to settle down with a salon, but I think I have finally found the one!

I've had my hair done here twice and loved it both times-blonde balayage and a cut. Lainey is super nice and does a great job, and she understands the current hair trends for twenty-somethings.
Unfortunately I've been trying to book an appointment and have had really terrible communications with them through their email booking. The person responding has not been polite, and has not even confirmed the date/time after 48 hours. I'm really disappointed because I have had such a great experience there, but I'm extremely frustrated and can't see myself going through this process
