They scheduled three customers for the same time. I was on time for my appt. but there was someone in the chair and they said i would have to wait for another customer before me. Then the owner has the gall to blame me for not wanting to wait in his parking lot while they finish one person on MY time and then another jumps ahead on MY time. bad business I'll never go back. Don't blame your bad scheduling on me.
