I want to counter all the negative reviews. A YouTube personality abused her platform and used it to slander this stylist and salon. She also used the current social climate to race bait!!!!! Please ignore all the negative reviews left by this person's subscribers. This salons original rating was 5 stars, which was actually earned.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality
The older blonde lady (whose a stylist) was very rude. She doesn’t mesh well with others and is very unprofessional. The manager doesn’t take complaints well, even though they offer discounts, spend your money elsewhere.

I had a haircut with Pam. I asked for a Bob. She asked if I wanted it cut in layers, I said no, cut it the same length, but she ended up cutting it layered anyway!

I have never been here and probably would never, I watch the Youtube review and I have to say that you should too and make your decision from that. The stylist and manager were unprofessional, and she lied on the young lady. SMH! There was no slander or defamation, you handled that all wrong. Pam took me at the last minute, honored my Groupon discount, took a very long time making my hair gorgeous for a great price (even without the coupon it is very reasonable). Place simple, spotless, very nice.

Found Style 5 on Groupon. Got a great deal on a haircut, deep conditioning treatment and blow dry. My daughters hair is extremely thick and I told them when i made the appointment. Im usually get charged extra from other salons so i was amazed and very happy that they didn't charge more! Pam was Katelyn's stylist and she did an extraordinary good job. She was patient and took her time to get it right. And she certainly got it right. My daughter is 16 and laid back but she was getting a lot cut off so she was understandably nervous. But when Pam was done, i was ecstatic. Katelyns hair was perfect

Older lady with blonde hair expressed deep dislike for me! She was very rude, manager didn’t seem to express any concern for her inappropriate behavior. I definitely do not recommend. Save your money & go elsewhere.

The 1 star reviews are fake reviews, they were fans of a youtuber who tried to defame the salon and not take any credibility for people attacking and leaving fake reviews. They never set foot in the door if this salon. If you visit this salon do so knowing you will get a good honest service from what I seen. Go by your own judgment this salon had 5 stars and that speaks volumes that the only complaints are from after that video was made and not taken down or blurred the poor women’s face.
The women everyone keeps attacking gave her honest and good advice.

My stylist for the past almost 16 years, Pam, is nothing but professional and efficient. She’s not only organized and very welcoming to everyone, she always manages to please. She’s been cutting my hair since I was a younger. She always manages to fit everyone in. I trust no one with anything more than I trust her with my hair. I went to another place one time and regretted every second of it. It’s the kind of place you never forget. It’s a place to bring your family and recommend to your friends. I have nothing but great reviews for not only her but everyone at Style 5. Love them endlessly

I walked in and put my name on the list. The lady nicely said I was going to be next. After 8 or 10 minutes someone walks-in and sits in one of the barber chairs then proceeds to talk with one of the lady's I don't know who that client was but doesn't waits and they start having a conversation with him. Pam at Style 5 is the ONLY hair stylist I use....and I drive 5 1/2 hours to see her! She is fast and precise. Appointments are easy to make. Walk-ins are accepted, but hurry, as Pam fills up quick.

I had the sudden urge to chop my hair off before having a baby tomorrow so I made a right turn into the first parking lot I saw with a salon. I walked in and they helped me right away. Very nice ladies one did my cut and the other girl blow dried my hair. It was so nice of them to squeeze me in between their appointments. Hair looks good too :3 took off probably 10 inches of crispy bleached hair.

Called to makje appointment to get my hair dyed blond. My hair is above my shoulders. She told me it would be at least $200 and several visits. I had it done last year for $75 in 1 sitting. And that was a cut included. The lady was extremely rude. She told me to call back tomorrow and talk to someone else. I will not be calling back.

I bought a Groupon and booked my appointment with Lulu she was very rude to me kept trying to say the Groupon listed for Full color doesn't really mean Full color and kept trying to up sale me. But her attitude was awful , very nasty. I even left a great tip and she didn't even say Thank you

Terrible job done even though it was just a full hair color.I paid $50 for a horrible color done( different tone at the roots)never requested.All I asked was a simple full hair color which I have done a much better job myself.
It was so horrible looking I have to go to my regular hairdresser to fix it.

I was given a gift of a Groupon here for a hair cut, deep conditioning and style. To be completely honest, I was so nervous to come based on the other reviews. DO NOT GO HERE. I came in for a simple root touch up and half of my head turned platinum afterwards. It was terrible and the stylist, kelli, said how amazing it was. After attempting to correct it by putting more and more chemicals in my hair, it looked worse. The stylist then shooed me out of the salon because another client was there and said to come back. Worst experience ever! I honestly wanted to like this place. The hairdressers were very friendly and personable. I showed her a picture of the color I wanted to get and she assured me she was going to get the exact same color. Unfortunately someone else came and she stared working on another client while I was there. Two hours latter she showed me the end product and of course it was not the right color. First of all, i had never been here before. I called about the Groupon because I wanted to get ombré and the girl said buy the full highlights and it'll be about $20 extra on top for ombré, so I did just that. I was able to check out the girl's (Melissa) previous work on other clients before going and loved it. Unfortunately, the pictures I did see I don't believe were actually done by her.

I bought a groupon because my 15 year old has been begging to get her hair colored. We made appointments last week for Monday. Monday morning someone called and said that someone called in sick and they would need to push us until 3 so "we could be done at the same time" My very excited daughter waited over a hour for the stylist to return and then was treated "like we had a groupon" Both my daughter paid for haircuts on top of the groupon and are not happy with our style

I've been seeing Farrah for the last 2 years and I have been fully satisfied with each hair color and cut I've received! She never lets me down. Not to mention she's a total Betty and her hair washing skills are on point! Keep scratching that scalp girl! So if you're in the west side of the Valley i would highly recommend seeing Farrah. This salon has hair cutters not stylist. They do not have any educational classes held for them at the salon this being said I have been to three of them and have had some difficult experienced to say the least with my hair being highlighted.

I have had my hair over processed and it broke off by Jodi and Pam. These ladies don't get training for color so be very weary!! This is a cheap place to get a hair cut; however my new stylist couldn't believe how uneven my hair was and how it wasn't blended, thanks Pam for the horrible hair cuts and color as well as Jodi and Farrah

My family LOVE's Rachel & Jodi!!! They are awesome! Rachel has been doing my family's hair for over 7 years and if she happens to not be available we go to Jodi. They are fast and friendly and never skip a beat. Even my kiddos get excited when we mention haircuts because the love their ladies!!!
