Chances are you have never heard of restorative exercises for postural alignment. Or someone may have mentioned it to you but you are not sure what it is or whether it is a right fit for you. A short description of my services would be "Personal Training for better alignment using restorative exercises and better alignment practices during regular activities such as standing, sitting, walking, bending, gardening, etc."
The first visit is on average 90 minutes, up to two hours. During this time, we will discuss what chronic pain, functional, balance or other issues you may have and why you have decided to try this approach. You will maximize your visit if you come fully prepared. It includes comfortable exercise clothes plus an outfit for taking pictures.
