The salon was clean and updated. My stylist was Amber she was a doll. Worth it if you have promo code and know salon prices these days. Paid extra $30 for toner. In total I paid $90+tip for a root touch up,toner,treatment,blow dry. Thing that was weird was she kept leaving to ring people up,so odd to me. Not a wow for me but friendly nice service. I would recommend, you might love it :)

First time going to Capelli salon and my stylist was Ricardo and he was amazing! He left my hair better than I expected. He was super friendly and professional. I will definitely be coming back to see him. I bought the for the face framing balayage but I upgraded to full balayage for an additional $120 which wasn’t bad compared to other places. Very nice, professional, affordable salon :)

Christina turned my hair orange. I have been dallas blonde for over a decade and I showed her my picture that I wanted and she completely ruined my hair and when I talk to the owner he said he would fix it. When I went to go into my appointment Christina was to fix my hair. She is inexperienced and kept laughing at me because My bangs got Severed in an accident. I kept being reassured by the salon that the owner would call me back and fix my hair and after three phone calls he never contacted me back. So glad had this voucher for Capelli Salon and Spa! Hadn't had a haircut since November 2019. Elnora greeted me, offered a drink, washed my hair, and per the stylist's instructions used a deep conditioner for 10 minutes. Min did a fabulous job cutting and styling my hair. She listened and suggested options. I'm glad I trusted her as she is the resident expert. Thank you!

The salon itself is very nice. My appointment was at 10, got there a few min before and the place was closed. Waited until 10 after and tried calling. Nothing. Was about to leave when I saw lights come on. My hairdresser was nice, but I don’t think she ever cut hair before. It took over 3 hours to get a face framing highlight and cut. My bangs were totally off from left to right. I had to tell her to please straighten the Ended up having to fix them at home. She didn’t put any hair products in my hair before drying and my hair was drying. I asked her to stop and just went home and did it myself

Salon was very clean and beautiful. My stylist Amber was amazing and I loved her work. I end up upgrading my grouping to full balayage for an additional cost. She was very sweet and listened to what I really wanted and gave me that look. I am very satisfied with the services I got at this salon. She is an amazing stylist and such a lively girl !!!! Highly recommend her services.

Moved to Dallas and was looking for a new stylist! I had a great experience at Capelli! The salon is clean, the staff is nice and professional, and I love my haircut. I only came in for a cut, but was cutting off almost 8 inches after a long year with COVID.
My stylist was Minn. She was so sweet, and took a lot of time to make sure she understood what I wanted, triple-checked on the length and checked in multiple times throughout the haircut to make sure I was happy! Really loved her attentiveness and felt completely confident in my haircut!

I came across this salon on Groupon & purchased the face framing balayge, Morgan recommend I upgrade to the full balayge so I could get the look I wanted & I'm so glad I did! I paid extra but it was worth it. I'm very picky when it comes to my balayage because other people have messed it up in the past but Morgan did such a great job! I will be going back to see her soon :)

I started coming to Anna in May and she is fabulous. I have had highlights and haircut by her 3 times and every time I have come my experience has been wonderful. Everyone in the salon is so friendly and the atmosphere is so relaxing! I highly recommend Anna and Capeli salon. I get so many compliments on my hair. Her prices are extremely competitive as well!

I would not go back to that salon if they were giving away $100 bills!!!!!!! The owner Younes absolutely ruined my hair with color, cut off half of my extensions that I just had installed by my regular salon. I was referred to this him from a friend........ he absolutely ruined my hair & I have pictures I will post! I'm telling you as a friend and advocate for beautiful blonde hair going there is a huge huge mistake and if you tell Younes u didn't like his work or you were upset about it then he will cuss at you hang up on you and you'll never hear from him again!

OVERPRICED, like severely. You can go to another salon and get the same quality hair makeover for a cheaper price. I've gotten better hair with a better price at other salons. They really rip you off. Bc I asked for the price estimate which was way less than what they charged me. They can't even communicate properly. I asked for ombré and they gave me highlights... ookkk?

New to the area and came in because Capelli offered ecaille (aka. tortoise shell) balayage on their website. When I called for an appointment, was surprised the receptionist hadn't heard of it, but she checked with Morgan, a senior stylist, who assured her they absolutely performed them, so I booked with Morgan.

Melissa always does an excellent job trimming up my long hair and long beard. I came to her a couple of years ago thinking I knew how to take care of my hair. Melissa gave me advice and suggested certain conditioning products and it's done wonders for how healthy my hair looks and feels. The salon itself is really nice, contemporary and stylish. One is made to feel very comfortable in their laid-back atmosphere.

She knew what she was doing her colour match to my already Balayage hair was accurate.

Life isn't perfect but your hair should be! I'm all about getting the right haircut and I cannot stress how much I value a good haircut. Yeah it grows back blah blah but for those who share my sentiment, they know! Ever since I can remember, I have been a bit obsessed with hair. I am so incredibly pleased with my hair! First off, I'm not a fan of salons. It's been a year since I last got my hair trimmed and if I could put it off longer, I would. But wanting a change, I stumbled upon Capelli and opted to do the Japanese hair straightening treatment.

I tried here based on a Groupon for a balayage + haircut wasn't exactly the case ... turns out though the Groupon didn't mention it that only means frontal balayage .
I had to pay extra $85 from the original $65 Groupon to do a full balayage on my 8 inch length hair !
It's extremely over priced !
They do offer a free cappuccino/wine or water but most salons do so not much ... though the cappuccino was a large portion.
