Not surprising that this salon is so highly rated. Today I decided to take a me day and decided to go have my hair done. I was scheduled with a stylist named Cindy. During the consultation she suggested that I cut it into a Bob or Lobb nervous about cutting my hair I asked her to just trim it. While me color was processing I started looking at photos and decided to go with her suggestion with cutting my hair. She styled my hair in 5 minutes, in disbelief I actually went home got my hair wet and tried styling it myself. 😂🤣 This is the easiest style I’ve ever had and it’s really cute. I

Wonderful experience all the way around...from my initial call to my appointment. It had been some time since I had received a precision cut and color that was what I had described. Color application had been subpar leading to additional appointments for correction at least twice.
As I get more and more gray hair (while still having some darker blonde particularly in the back), I was seeking hair color to give me a more gradual transition growth-wise. Lowlights were also being added with highlights but it got to a point where I was walking out of the salon darker and darker which was not conducive

The best colorist and hairstylist in Scottsdale! April is a genius when it comes to highlights. I am very particular about my blond highlights and she knows exactly what to do. I get compliments all the time from people asking if my color is natural. Cindy the owner is also a fantastic hairdresser. I highly recommend this salon!

I'm so disappointed. I have been going to Posh for several years and have recommended others. However, during the pandemic, they are not wearing masks. No one in the salon is wearing a mask. Not at reception, not at the shampoo station, not even the pedicurist. The chairs are no more than 3 feet apart and there are no barriers. We have not yet reached a peak in the number of growing Covid 19 cases in Arizona. How can they not care if their patrons get sick? How can they even take a chance?

The WORST haircut by the owner. I brought/showed her 4 photos of a previous haircut including how the haircut was supposed to look like after blow out and style...and she did absolutely the opposite of the 4 pictures I showed her before the haircut. I should have asked for my $$ back but did not during this time of dealing with covid. Worst haircut ever which aggravated me because she had 4 actual pictures to work with.

I moved to the North Scottsdale area about a year ago. With so many hair salons in the area I was surprised to find how hard it was to find a reliable and honest hairdresser. Finally, I went to Posh and they recommended I see *April* for blonde highlights. I truly haven't seen such results in my years. I'm really thankful I found her and I never trust anyone else with my hair except her!

My stylist here is April and I couldn't be more grateful to have found her!! I moved recently from California and I had the same hairstylist for 10+ years and loved how she did my hair, so I was very nervous about finding someone I liked here in Scottsdale. First salon/stylist I went to I didn't like at all and thankfully found April shortly after. She's so good about listening to what you want and giving you amazing results. I wanted long layers, which she did perfectly, but then a month later I wanted to chop it to my collar bone. But as I have pretty thick hair I was nervous about

Ok. Seriously. Run...don't walk to see April!!!!! I called in last minute and was able to get an appointment for partial highlights the next day. I met with April who was METICULOUS with my foils & absolutely nailed my color without me even giving much direction. I went in feeling so low (battling medical issues) & just needed my hair "done" because it was SO grown out. I had absolutely NO IDEA I would leave there feeling like a million dollars!!! She is an absolute MASTER at her craft!!! What a hidden gem here in N Scottsdale!! I never expected to look or feel like this

I forgot to write a review when I got my haircut last year at this place. Needless to say, from my star rating, I will never be back. HORRIBLE! I had gotten a coupon from work, thinking it would be a great deal. One of the older stylists, I forget her name, took forever to do the cut. I had to request to have it styled. And when I left, my hair was cut unevenly!! I don't typically check to see if my sides are even but this time I did. Cyndi was sitting next to me at a function and I asked her, "do you know someone who cuts guys hair?" She said "yes, I do!" So I called the next week and went in.
It is the first time I've ever actually been satisfied with a haircut in my life. After spending 3 decades in the military, I don't consider myself terribly picky but gee whiz there are some hacks out there.
Cyndi must be the only hair professional with a sense of proportion. Imagine how nice it is to have my hair even on both sides and what's left on top nicely integrated.

I came in based on their reviews, as I'm out of town from California and don't know the area. The owner Cindy was great over the phone, very helpful and accommodating. Marissa did a wonderful job with my cut and color. You can tell she loves her job! I recommend this salon and Marissa to anyone looking for a great salon experience! I will come back next time I'm here for the horse show!!

Cindi is a stellar hair stylist! She knows just what to do to make my hair fabulous. And don't even get me going on the extras, such as jewelry, makeup and other products Posh has to offer. Everyone at Posh is always so friendly. It is a great place to meet new people as everyone that goes there is so nice and open to conversation.
