Horrible and unprofessional. Attorney always deferred to his legal aid. When it was time for my court hearing Mr. Munoz did not even arrive....again he had is admin or legal aid appear for him.. the judge lambasted her and I later lost the case. Judge suggested I file a grievance which I promptly did. Do not hire. Rude, unprofessional and poor communication

I looked up attorney after attorney and the reviews made me change my mind. This is a 2nd workman comp case in 10 years. Honestly I wasn't expecting much. He got me 5 times more then I would of been happy with AFTER his cut. He is a shark and really fights for you. Answers all your questions that day you call. I called Mr. Munoz with some questions about my workers comp claim. I was not looking to file any sort of high dollar case so I wasn't expecting much from a conversation over the phone with an attorney whose time literally is money. What an incorrect assumption that was! Knowledge and experience are not the only things that make a good attorney. Not only was he knowledgeable, he seemed to genuinely want to help me. If I had a larger case, I would absolutely have hired him in a heartbeat.

Rene is a very articulate and knowledgeable attorney. The last thing you want is a long drawn out legal affair and what I liked about him was his straight-forwardness. He's able to think off the cuff, but also outside the box. I can't get into the details of a certain situation, but it involved a patient at a medical workplace, some punching of faces, bleeding, shouting, and chest puffing. But it all worked out in the end.
