Legend Oaks Healthcare and Rehabilitation of North Austin is a modern, state-of-the-art care center, conveniently located at 11020 Dessau Road, next to the Windsor Hills, Woodcliff, and Walnut Ridge neighborhoods in northeastern Austin. We are close to I-35 and only a short driving distance to downtown Austin and the Pflugerville and Round Rock areas.

I am very grateful for this facility and every worker here. My family and I could not get through this life circumstance without the care and knowledge of the entire staff. The quality of love and dedication in their caregiving has helped my grandfather tremendously. He gets better everyday and has bonded with his care team. My heart can rest while he’s here. The patience and understanding of the administration is outstanding, and I can’t be more grateful. A blessing!

As soon as I walked into a very inviting atmosphere at Legend Oaks, I knew this would be my dad’s new home for his care. I was greeted in a very warm and welcoming manner from Nina, an administrator. She graciously gave me a personal tour of the facility. I ended my tour being greeted in a very warm and welcoming manner by another administrator, Keshia. Both ladies were very gracious with their time making sure I had every concern addressed and answered.
Everyone from administrators, nurses, assistants, therapists, and housekeeping are professional, kind, and caring. I love how everyone says

My best friend's pop recently was admitted there and they were nervous because of the ongoing pandemic and the obvious concerns that go along with healthcare facilities in general. Well, after a few short weeks, I can see my best friend's smile once again and could see the relief in his eyes, knowing his pop was in great hands of true healthcare professional. The care, cleanliness, and all the warm smiling faces made pops feel very welcome! That level of care is very well felt and I am glad my best friend and his family can feel much more at ease knowing his pop is in great hands.

This facility is absolutely awful! The administrator and DON dodge phone calls when there is an issue that needs to be resolved. They pass the buck or don't have an answer when they Do answer which is Extremely rare. No activities to stimulate the residents especially on the weekends. During the Co-Vid pandemic this facility was an absolute disaster. It was an awful experience for my loved one at this facility. Therapy dept was Wonderful! Abuse that is reported never gets resolved. Many things their corporate needs to come and investigate.
