Ghetto, disrespectful. The staff was rude, gossip, and male staff was flirty. I've buried 2 family members using Wilson first time had no trouble, second time I'll never will use again.

Unfortunately, I am medically exempt from masks. We went today to make arrangements for my father-in-law and was met with very rude service. They're discriminatory against medical issues. (Everyone else was wearing masks in the party I was with, just I can't.) Not won't, CAN'T. We went with Bliley's instead. Kind, courteous, understanding and professional.

In our time of difficulty Wilson funeral home's staff were empathetic and understanding. They did a great job helping us as we celebrated our brother's life. Thanks again

The most professional funeral home in Richmond. Mr. Wilson is so professional and shows empathy throughout the whole process. His professionalism and empathy shows through his staff they treat you the same way. Also, Agnes the office manager is so supportive ,kind and real. Horrible went to a funeral of a loved one and was rushed while walking down the aisle to say our last good byes..while a family member was crying one of the staff members I don't remember his name. But he's a tall black man, very Feminine, med. Build and drives a newer black Cadillac Escalade. Rolled his eyes up at the sky and then looked at another staff member. He left before the family was out of the parking lot. Just nasty. I would NEVER suggest nor entrust my love one to them. Idc what they say they are in this field for the money. Mr. Wilson and his staff have served my family on 5 different occasions and they were 5 star each time. Most recently, my brother passed on 4/21/21 and Mr. Wilson took care of us with compassion and courtesy. Their prices are reasonable and they don’t try to take advantage of you during the most difficult of times. My brother looked so handsome, like his old self, and the entire funeral went smoothly. Mr Wilson and his staff did a beautiful job for my mother. She looked wonderful and they did everything for her that I ask for. I would highly recommend them if you want great service for your lived ones. The building housed our family and friends. The sound system was not that great but all and all everything was wonderful. I was referred to Wilson's Funeral Service by someone who over heard me conversating about the passing of my brother. I didn't know this person & my family has used one funeral home for years.
