We're a small family and locally owned restaurant located in downtown Manitou Springs, CO. We strive to offer an off the beaten path menu with fresh ingredients and hard to find wine, beer and spirits but at the same time offer traditional food and drink, because we all love some tradition here and there.
We hope you love our concept. We are family friendly and often have our kiddos here as well because we can't get rid of them. We hope you, your friends and family enjoy Swirl. We've been wanting to try this restaurant for a while and so glad we finally did!! We were there at 1230 for a light snack and the ambiance was relaxing and chill. Shane, our server, was super friendly and attentive! We had the melty Brie appetizer with sopressata salami and it was delicious!! We had a couple of beers on tap, also great but then Shane gave us a sample of the gluewein, and that is definitely what we'll have next time!! Great experience and I know we'll be back soon!

It's a small place but seemed quaint and hospitable. We met a couple then inknowing became a party of 7. Now automatic 22% gratuity.. That just seem wrong. Service was slow maybe wanting customers. Didn't care for a bottle of water, not knowing who handle it. Food was not bad. Waitress very attentive. Prices were average. Solution: Give a heads up on increased gratuity.

I wish I had pictures. This place is amazing. So cute and clean! Little tables like a patio environment but inside. The ceiling is full of upside-down umbrellas! We had a Cubano and an Italian Club. They were great! Fresh and flavorful. The breads were super fresh. Also, the service was unbeatable. The woman working the tables and bar made me a special drink (a spin off a margarita) and it was crisp and refreshing.

I love this place. Every time we have visited the food and drinks are on point and the staff is wonderful. I love that we can bring our 4 legged friends along and chill on the hidden patio. Their seasonal mixed drinks always hit the spot. They also have a kids menu and plenty of Non alcoholic beverages including a great selection of N/A beer.

I went with a meet up group and there was some sort of misunderstanding about the number of people in our party. The manager became very belligerent and told us to get the f--- out of her restaurant. The situation then devolved into a shouting match between the group organizer and the manager. I'm sure there's some type of a backstory but it was not handled appropriately. I will not be returning.

Lovely place for drinks!! Went during the day on a weekday so they weren’t very busy, but the atmosphere was still inviting. I was in looove with the decor and style of the building. And can’t forget the drinks: they were amazing 🍷

We don't go out very much but when we do we love this swank little corner of the world in Manitou Springs. The wine selection is outstanding and the menu is well planned, prepared, and presented. The ambience makes this place very pleasant and makes it hard to leave! Swirl is perfect for date night and small gathering of friends. It reminds me a lot of the smaller, hipper, and cosmopolitan boutique bars in NYC.

I loved this place so much! It was not to crowded and the perfect atmosphere for me and my hubby to relax, have a drink and eat. The food was excellent! We sat outside and enjoyed the Mountain breeze it was a perfect ending to a long day. I had a Sangria it was amazing. My husband had a sandwich which he said was the best sandwich he has had in a long while. We will definitely return here.

Pop Pop Pop goes the flavor, Yum Yum Yum went my mouth!! We loved Swirl! So much, in fact that I forgot to shoot photos of our main courses! I had the Chicken Apple Bacon sandwich on a baguette that was perfectly toasted and oh so soft inside! Delicious! The staff was personable and accommodating , the best ever! The environment, delightful!! The entire dining experience was like a delicious giant hug!! Definitely go and enjoy!!

Cubano good but could not taste the chimichurri that the pork was braised in and just a little heavy on the mustard.
Pretzel was good but had a mild sweetness to it that did not pair well with the so-so beer cheese. The mustard was very good though. Curry soup with great flavor though pretty watery- would have been excellent if a just a hint of thickness.

The Chicken Bacon Apple Bree was scrumptious! The chicken was cooked to perfection, thick, tender and juicy, everything made fresh and you can taste the difference! I Strongly recommend the outdoor dining area and not ordering soda. A can of Root beer for $3 is a bit ridiculous!

Swirl is a gem. Local place with great ambiance. The ceiling decor is super neat and they have a wide variety of options on the drink menu. We got the Brie dip, yum! Definitely add the salami if you get that. Then we split the Buckin Grilled Cheese. It's packed with flavor and not too saucy. We got the green goat salad on the side, nice funk from the goat cheese and the dressing is a nice compliment. We highly recommend the red sangria! Topped off dinner with a cookie sundae dessert special, it had coconut on it, yummy surprise. Can't wait to go back!

OMG the white sangria is a must have. It was amazing and it got my friend and I extremely drunk. My friend and I shared the shareable size, which was 32 oz. It came in a mason jar which I love and two glasses. I would have preferred no ice in my cup as the drink already had some in it but it was seriously the best sangria I've ever had. It was white wine with pineapple and lavender.
We also had some shareable appetizers. We got the space balls which was a tapas plate of 4 meatballs but whatever sauce it was in was honestly amazing. If they made a pasta with those meatballs and sauce I think

Strolled by Swirl while looking for a place to eat on a Friday night. It looked so cute and cozy and they had live music playing, but we wanted to sit outside due to COVID. Turns out there's somewhat of a secret patio out back that was simply beautiful and almost made you feel transported to Europe! Tables were spaced out, service was hospitable and kind, and the food was divine. (Try the apple bacon flatbread!)
