Had a great experience. My hair was dried and damaged. I Dont even remember the last time I got a trim. I'm trying to grow it out and so I was worried about cutting off too much. She took off about 2 inches and my hair looks great! I'm actually looking forward to my next trim! She also made recommendations for hair care products.

Andenise is amazing! I have been to her a few times now for color/highlights, and I am always so happy with the outcome. She knows how to lighten darker hair without making it appear brassy, which is something I always have an issue with. Would definitely recommend her if you’re looking for someone who really knows what they’re doing with color.

I went to Andenise for my first professional coloring and loved the way a full balayage looked! She made the entire experience amazing, she was so kind and down-to-earth and her salon gave a relaxing vibe that made it easy to recharge. I felt like Andenise really listened to what I wanted and made recommendations. My partner also has been to her a few times and has loved it every time! I am looking forward to going again! She is very talented! Dont hesitant to make an appointment :)

While my hair turnout okay I think the cost is outrageous. I ended up paying over $500 for foliage and hair cut (not including tip). Mind you I don't have thick hair or anything. Yes it took her over 5 hrs to do my hair but I was so shocked with the total that to this day I'm embarrassed to admit how much I spent. I didn't get the tone I wanted but she did explain it would take a few sessions. However I wouldn't go back to her because the price is just ridiculous.

While my hair turned out great, I was pleasantly surprised when Andenise told me she was charging me additional $100/hour after I was about to pay. My hair took 5 hours for just a partial balayage and a trim so imagine how much I had to pay for that. I thought I found a new place to get my hair done but because she wasn't upfront about the additional costs during consultation, I'm never going back. It was really upsetting and deceiving. I did not plan to spend $450 at all.

Not gonna lie, her talent to do hair is amazing. But I was very disappointed on how my visit turned out. For those who are trying to get your hair done, make sure to research or ask her first because i did not know my hair needed a color correction and it would take about 5-6 hours to do for around $100 per hour so i said no. I ended up paying $60 because of that. I just want to inform anyone who is planning to make an appointment, before you book one, make sure you know what kind of service wil be done to your hair because I dont want you to pay $60 for nothing.

Man oh man, I have the worst anxiety before a hair appointment. It's pretty bad. After waiting months, even after the quarantine was over in Vegas, I finally found my colorist, Andenise. I honestly looked at over 20 people on Instagram before I decided on her, and she was worth the wait. She's originally from San Diego but is setting up her home base here in Vegas, so Im so glad I was able to find her.

Andenise is amazing with blonde! I've been going to her for over three years. She is the only person I trust with my hair. I have mouse brown hair that is technically still "blonde" but to me it's a gross light brown. In the past, stylists have not recommended I go full platinum (like I always wanted) and only put lots of highlights in my hair for fear of frying it off.
Andenise was able to give me a full head of beautiful platinum and my hair is so healthy considering the color and the length. Even other stylists who I go to for a trim here and there marvel over the color

Andenise was beyond amazing! I was struggling to decide on color, but she was patient and gave great insight for what would work with my hair. She was very thoughtful and precise with my haircut and balayage. Definitely the best service I’ve ever experienced! Her shop was welcoming, clean, and organized. Definitely a must go, you’ll be in great hands!

I can't even express how mad I am right now. I sent pictures with text back and forth to the owner November 5th her first apt I could get was dec 6th which she said would be a color correction. Then she canceled the appointment and rescheduled for today. I go today and she doesn't have time for a color correct.
I just want to update that the salon I ended up at was able to fix my hair without a full color correct for a fraction of the price.

So, I went to my old stylist to try to fix it, and she then chopped off WAY more than she needed to (4-5 inches!) Only after she was done, did I realize she had idea how to fix the color and that she would only make the problem worse.
Needless to say, I was a little traumatized and more than a little frustrated.
Andenise was very confident she could fix it. She was communicative and knew exactly what I needed, even though I wasn't sure what I needed. Lol.

I want to start by saying she does great work but wasn't very welcoming or friendly like other stylist. Didn't seem interested in new clients or their concerns. Also, she isn't accommodating when it comes to scheduling appointments and unresponsive. Even with great hair skills, customer service is important especially when it's a pricey service.

Andenise is excellent at what she does. I got my long hair cut several months ago and it still looks amazing and lays just right. She also colored my hair and balayaged it. Turned out stunning. My sister, while visiting me from Maryland, went to her to fix her hair color. She had gone elsewhere and had her hair frosted and it looked harsh and unnatural. Andenise worked her magic and my sister's hair looks so natural and beautiful.

Kristin did my hair color today. It was botched from another salon. She corrected the hair color and also deep conditioned it. My hair color looks good now.
This salon is on the expensive side. Salon is tiny and claustrophobic. Five people in there was too many. Also, no magazines available.
She is going on maternity leave soon. I might see her again for color.
Also, that was a VERY rude and unprofessional response from Kristen. I'm not the first to say that. I will certainly not be back. As far as saying I don't like any hair salon, see my review for Swank Studio.

Kristen at Lumiere always does a great job. Men that value their haircut quality will not be disappointed! She provided relevant and current style advice. We changed my style a few months ago and I have received numerous complements since then.
I will continue to use Kristen at Lumiere. Her rates are pretty competitive without being cheap - I always feel that you get what you pay for, and I am more than happy to pay for the top notch service I receive every time.

Kristen is seriously the best hair stylist I have ever had and she will be honest with you and give you options and ideas because she is so creative in her job. She has taken my hair from its worst days and made it beautiful with patience and time and I'm so so happy!!
