They’re denying me because they claim I have bad rental history which I know is a complete lie because I’ve lived with their sister company San Remo for 3 years now and I’ve always paid my rent on time. They just don’t want me to be a resident there for whatever reason I can’t imagine because I’m an excellent tenet and I’ve done nothing wrong. They’re liars and rude. They can’t give me any proof that they even have my rental history, they couldn’t even get my current apt right they kept confusing it with other sister apts. I had to tell them I live at San remo.

I love the area. It's actually very quiet and laid back. Has a small playground for the young ones. There's one pool at the office and it's rather big. It's maintained well and always clean. My only issue living here is the amount of stray cats. There are cats and kittens running around, in the dumpsters, under cars and one even died in front of my daughter's bedroom window that I had to remove before she saw it.

My daughter lives here right now. They have been there for almost three months. Since a week before moving in there has been some maintenance issues that are still not resolved. Now they have leaky ceilings. Sinks that do not work. Ceiling fans with an inch of dust. And many more issues. My three grand babies live there and the lack of concern from the staff is disgusting. It is sad they are treating people like this, especially those with children.

The place has the worst maintenance ever! They cant stop a leak. Can't fix a toilet and now their old refrigerator BROKE this morning, so I immediately put in a work order AND called stating the URGENCY because ALL MY FOOD is going to go Bad. I spoke to a lady who told me they would take a note of it!!?? What is that going to do??
And they NEVER CAME!!! My ice melted and ALL my food went BAD! Do I get to DEDUCT from Rent ALL the FOOD YOU COST MY 3 KIDS?? ...as if I have money to waste or this is a game!? Im LIVID!!

Can’t believe I’ve been living there for two years always paid my rent on time, putting so many work orders and always had to wait never complain! And now they are charging me from a $700 deposit to $20 that’s all I’m getting back, i’m getting charged for things that I never done that apartment was like that already! Plus I left that apartment clean when I left!

Office never answers the phone, and when they do, they don't help at all. My AC unit has been leaking since the end of June, I've put in so many work orders that all say completed, YET the ac is still leaking. They don't fix anything, and never take accountability. Police have been here on multiple occasions, making it feel so unsafe. My sister who used to live here had her license plate stolen, the whole place is a joke. I do not recommend moving here.

If I could rate this ZERO stars I would.
I called and asked about availability they said they had a unit available and to fill out my application online.
I proceeded to fill out my application online and paid my $23 Fee for the application just to be taken to a section that request an additional $500 holding fee without even being told if I was qualified or not. If I didn't pay the $500 it was considered incomplete.
So I called again to ask if the $500 holding fee was really necessary and didn't feel comfortable paying it without even knowing if I was qualified yet. I was then told by them that

Recently leased a unit at San Lucas & I am very pleased to say when I had an issue I brought it up and it was immediately addressed by Brigete and Cindy and resolved. I was unsure if this was the right move however they reassured me not only with words but with actions. Within a week of talking to them all of my concerns were addressed and fixed. This made my move a lot less stressful, they were very professional and kind, I appreciate their hard work & dedication. Employees like them make a world of a difference! Great work!

This entire complex is roach infested!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You can have the exterminators come out every week and it will not fix the problem. The dryers don't work properly. They wont replace them. The office has new people everyday who know nothing about the property. And are rude, their answer is "Well you can move out". But they want their rent on time. They never answer the phone. And yet they want to increase the rent because their bug infested property value has increased, in the middle of a pandemic........go figure...low income is $944 a month for 2 bedrm... all this where? Racist, and discrimination for this apartment complex, I paid and gave all paper work I was approved to move in until 5 day before moving in the most racist persons Ken pellerin denied my application even though I never talked to him before and didn't even know who he was, he never introduced himself or anything, he asked me all my paper work all over again even though I was approved already over a month ago! He denied me 2 days before moving he jus left a voice mail and left me and my kids with no place to go 2DAYS BEFORE MOVING! he thinks he's the owner of the place, on top of that

Filled out an application to rent here over a month ago. Paid the app fee and a separate $200 holding fee. The next day my application was turned down. They still have not refunded my $200 and it's been over a month now. I just called today and they told me they can't help me and to call back tomorrow.

This place is affordable, but it comes with a price. Parking is horrible as the parking lot is always full! I could never have guest over as they were never able to find an open space.
