I have lived here for 5 years. I have no clue what has happened. My license plate has been stolen off my car twice and all three of my cars have been broken into over the course of 2 years. I never really get an answer about security walking the premises at night. 5 years ago this was never an issue. I have a stove that has been in my apartment since I moved here. The eye on it is broken. They finally replaced the stove but it was dirty with stains that I can't get out and get this... same problem. Worst apartment complex to apply for. WOULD NOT RECOMMENDED
I applied for an apartment I talk talk to the girl in the office before I paid the fees $234 just to apply to make sure It wasn't a waste of money and she told I made enough money. So I paid the admin fee and application fee. after a couple days she told I need it to make more than 78k per year to live there. I asked for a refund of just the $175, she said she had told her manager and was going to get a refund. never happen wrote emails, they never answer the phone. I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM THERE!

Sofia or Sophia however her name is spelled could care less about the clients here. At the end of the day the residents here are just numbers they don't really care for what you have to say or the status of how the apartment is . Sofia has zero customer service any question you ask she will respond with an attitude or aggressively never with a willingness to actually help . Ever since we moved in here we regretted it these are not luxury apartments btw. Lease is up in next year and were gone. FYI if your in a industry where customer service is needed make sure you have it before applying please

I Normally don’t write ✍️ reviews because there time consuming but sometimes great service is worth taking out the time to acknowledge I must say the customer service is amazing from Clista, Silvia, Sofia, maintenance staff and the manager Natalie Greene! I must say they go over and beyond for me and everyone! I recommend everyone to make this place there 🏠 home!

My apartment was newly remodeled and in a great location. Unfortunately, the management company takes little to no care to respond to issues and service requests. A week after moving into the unit, one of the bedroom ceilings began leaking. Not only did management ignore my numerous emails (their supposed preferred method of contact), but no one returned my calls after I left several voicemails. Eventually, I got a hold of someone, but a ceiling leaking apparently wasn't an urgent enough issue, so the repairs weren't started until the following week. I lived here for a total of 2 years. I always paid my rent on time and never had any issues with taking care of my apartment and abiding by the rules of the complex. My biggest issue with this complex is the management, Clista and Natalie and the lack of communication they have. They told me they communicate well with one another but you have to call multiple times for them to even answer their phone calls. They don't communicate with one another so they know what's going on in their complex and with the residents. Even if you leave a voicemail for them to call back they never do.

They don't respond to maintenance requests. My cases get closed but nothing gets fixed. One of the bedrooms had a leak and caused the paint to come apart from the wall. Never fixed. Now I have another leak and water drips from the ceiling fan and light in my room. But apparently they don't think that is an emergency. Spiders everywhere and I pay monthly for pest control but they don't spray for bugs. Half the appliances don't work right. Got overcharged for rent even though I signed a new lease. Nobody ever answers the phone at the office when I call.

2021 Review- so I stayed in Tamarron apartments two years . The apartments are nice , if you ever need help Nikko and Sylvia are great . My first unit was awesome quiet and clean . I transferred to a smaller unit after my room mate left . When I say this building was my worst nightmare . Roach infested . One of my neighbors apartments was infested and it lead to mine . I emailed them every week . They sent pest control but could not get the problem under control . I have a two year old it was horrible . So bad I went to work and a roach came out my purse . I couldn't cook or enjoy my apartments

Can't get out of here fast enough. Place is filthy. Cobwebs and dirt in entrance to my apartment. Big fire hazard as I look at an empty fire extinguisher box. Tick infested dog park with nothing done. Using Covid to their advantage, office and business center not open which could be safely done if they cared at all. Pool only open during business hours with a limit of 10. Maybe have a sign up so people who work actually get a chance to use it. Maybe pay a staff member to be at the pool on Sundays. I see I'm still charged for utilities to main areas even though I can't use them. Everyone

Definitely over priced for what you receive. They let cars hold spots for months without moving so you'll have to fight for parking if you have more than one vehicle. They don't do enough to keep people who don't live here out. They claim there's security but this is the second time something's been stolen from me and AGAIN there's nothing they can do about it. Because apparently it's too much to watch the camera that's facing my units direction anyway.

This place is absolutely horrible and I would never even recommend this place to my worst enemy! That's how bad it is! They don't follow through on making sure their residents are safe! They don't fix the gates to make sure the residents vehicles and valuables are safe! My husband's truck and car have been broken into and the main office does not care! All they care about is their damn money!

The staff is nice. However, this place is getting ridiculously expensive. My rent went up earlier this year to $96 more per month. My 1 bedroom apartment on the second floor went from $750/month to $846/month. Apartments are not "luxury" nor updated so im not sure what that was about. Also, after being on their website, I found out that rent went up again to $25 more per month on their 1 bedrooms. My lease will be up in 3 months and I will definitely be moving on. Almost $900/month for a small 1 bedroom is not worth it. Plus, you have stray cats everywhere, 1 pool for the entire complex

The staff is nice but this place is NOT recommended. Maintenance sucks, bugs everywhere, never any parking. Not to mention all the cats.. This place is over priced for the condition the apartments are in. I will most definitely be leaving as soon as my lease is over. The experience here has been very dissapointing.

My parents have lived here for 7 years, almost 8 I actually moved with them when I was pregnant with my son and moved out when he was about 3. the original staff was amazing but since then they have changed pretty often I think there's only one member who still remembers my son as a baby, and I'm not sure if that staff member is still there. the apartments are nice decently in size the only negative thing is there are a lot of cats running around and they do nothing about it. the cats do help with the bug problems but in order to get rid of the cats you yourself have to call animal control
