The only good thing about this apartment is that the maintenance guys are really nice and work hard. Other than that, horrible. It's a gated community and they supposedly have security at night but cars get broken into every single night. Mine just got broken into last night, my neighbors the night before and everyone keeps saying there are people trying to go into their apartments. It is way to expensive for a place that has crackheads roaming around.

RED HAWK in general isn’t a safe environment. You have to deal with horrible neighbors who are dirty, ghetto and loud. It’s very sad because the apt layout is OK; but that’s the only positive. Maintenance is only polite to the tenants that look like them. They constantly stand around laughing at tenants instead of doing their job. I would not recommend this complex at all, find a different home in a much safer environment.

I have lived here for more than 3 years. I Loved these apartments. When things are broken, the Maintenance crew are awesome guys, always friendly and fix thing timely. The layout for the apartments is really nice and spacious. I would definitely recommend these place. Only reason i didn't give a 5 stars is because the night time security truly are worthless, an individual in the main office does come off rude, and my car has been raided 4 times since living here. As long as don't forget to lock your car doors, everything should be fine.

Worst apartment complex I've ever lived in. Management is unprofessional and rude. Counting down the days my lease is up. I would not recommend wasting your money and living here. My apartment had ants and I called the office letting them know they were all over my newborns bassinet and this was not okay. ( I keep my apartment clean and they were coming in from the walls). I also had a wasp nest outside my patio door. I called them five times and got stung by a wasp that made it inside before they finally did something. Not a good place if you have little ones.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. In the past year I have had my work van broken into twice along with my personal truck being broken into. There is security that walks around at night but they are WORTHLESS. Now I have to go buy 600 dollars worth of personal tools and nothing will be done about this. For your own good STAY AWAY FROM HERE. .

The floor plans look amazing but they want you to rent the units unseen. I scheduled an appointment online, drove 40 miles only to be turned away. While i understand social distancing is important at least offer virtual tours for prospective renters! And update the website to reflect that there are no virtual tours and no appointments.

If you want a complex that lets dogs use the bathroom everywhere and people parking in your assigned spot then this is the place for you. The pool and gym has been closed for months, at no discount to us. The gates are always broken so they stay open. Management is rarely there, and Jennifer could care less about the residents. The “upgraded” apartment is just painted walls. You can definitely find a better place to spend your money/live.

RUDE AF!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I'm not sure on what the Leasing agent name is but I went in on 8/21/19 3:45pm I was really excited to come and check out the 1 Bed Room Specials . I walked in no one said anything to me for number 1 . Number 2 when I approached the leasing agent she seemed like she didn't want to be bothered . DO NOT MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS!!! Everything always breaks the management has no respect for tenets and always gossip about everyone! They always hire different people to work in the office!! Cops are always in here peoples cars get broken into and there is no security that works here! The blame everything on Mexican tenets. They always give you dirty looks and don't wave or smile! When I renewed my lease last year they promise to shampoo my carpet which they didn't do and said deal with it. All they do is let people from Chicago and Wisconsin move In. This place not only looks beautiful on the outside but is also beautiful in each and every apartment. The customer service I received from LaFronce and Jason was beyond exceptional! They didn't just meet my expectations, but exceeded them far from any other customer service I've ever received. They were very considerate and helpful through the entire process, making sure I was taken care so my move-in date would be painless. Decent place to live. We have been here for 18 months and have had several problems with vandalism ( someone stole the side view mirror off of my husband's car) we have complained that a cat has had 2 litters of kittens on my porch and they say there is nothing they can do. Upside is that rent is affordable and maintainance is on the ball if you ask them to fix something. I had my air conditioner thermostat break and Alex( maintainance man) was here in less than 10 minutes, and it was after hours!!!

DO NOT LIVE HERE!! This is the worst and loudest place to live. You complain to the office about the loud neighbors and the front office does not care. The noise is unbearable to live with. I have had to called the cops numerous of times and the noise only seems to increase. If you want to be ignored by the front office and be woken up at all the hours of the night from constant banging, then this is the place for you. I wish i could give zero stars.

NEVER LIVE HERE, staff is rude and sneaky and it's always different people. Every appliance I had in my apartment broke and leaked, just in the one year I resided here, and they aren't urgent about fixing anything for their residents. My final move out bill was send to collections whenever it had only been 15 days and I found out AFTER I drove from north Scottsdale to drop my final check off in person. I am disgusted and while living here I heard gunshots many times and my neighbors were all trashy and hit my car all the time, at night this place is extra creepy. Don't be fooled

I have 1 month into a year lease and my AC broke down. I called the front office letting them know what's going on they said they will fix it right away. They did provide me with a small unit to cool a room but the rest of my apartment is boiling hot. 5 days later I'm still without AC and it's the middle of the summer.
