This was my first visit and Marcus was excellent! He didn't just jump in. He listened & really took his time. He evened out my color, trimmed my hair. My hair has never felt so healthy and with so much body! I look forward in going to him again.

Highly unprofessional. Showed up times and both times Nikki was late. Then on my rescheduled appointment she says she doesn’t have time to cut and style my hair only flat iron. That’s makes no sense. To just flat iron my hair and not get a cut. Will not be coming back

Went to 4 U Eyebrows. Haefa is wonderful. The location is very clean PPE in full use. She also offers facials now along with makeup and henna. It's always a good experience and she takes appointments so there is usually no more than one or two people there at a time. I don't let anyone else thread my eyebrows.

Nikki was amazing and fast, she finished a crochet install and my silk press within 3 hours. She was so sweet also, all of the staff had welcoming personalities, I was 30 min late and even calling to notify them they were pleasant and sweet. Ill definitely be back. They can have all my money for any hair services that I need!!!!!

I went to Mr. Marcus as a referral and I absolutely love the way Mr. Marcus did my hair. I didn't know what a silk press meant until now. It was pressed and sooo silky! The main point to make is he does Hair Care. So when you experience getting your hair styled by Mr. Marcus, you will experience the whole package; an A+ hair wash, A+ hair products, an A+ hair style and Mr. Marcus is an excellent person of character. It's been 3 days so far and it looks like I just left his hair salon.

Ok this is my first time leaving a review on any place. I had to give a shout out to the salon 972 and my girl Bre! I went in there very concerned bout the cut I had. I cut my hair a few months ago and I hated it. I decided to big chop my hair on a whim and I’m a glad I went to TheSalon972! They were so ever accommodating. Literally, I called, had a consultation and hair cut all in the same day. I had 4B/4C shoulder length natural hair and wanted a low cut (yes, I’m talkin Wakanda warrior 🙅🏾‍♀️).Marcus, my barber, listened to my concerns intently and answered any questions I had. Don't waste your time with this place. I called early saturday when they opened and asked if they had any availability. The lady stated yes we do just come by one of the barber will take care of you. Mind you I live in The Colony, TX and I drove over 30 minutes to get to this place only for them to turn me away and say they don't have anything open and I can come back at 2:30. This is at 11:30. Also there was no ONE waiting at all. They don't respect people's time at all. Won't ever come back

Terri is awesomeness!!! Not only is she such a sweet lady, she gives your hair life. I love my hair. She cut my hair even better than I could hope for. You need to check her out. You will be glad you did.

Terri is awesome. The first stylist in Dallas that I found that is able to cut your hair like how YOU want.

NicciSewPretty did a fantastic job on my hair ! I'm usually hesitant about trying out new stylists, but I definately had no complaints. I definately will be seeing her again soon !!

Terri Wimbley is the detangling queen!!! First experience EVER where my head wasn't being yanked in every direction because the stylist doesn't have the right comb or right technique to comb natural hair. Terri and her magical/professional brush detangled and blow dried my hair effortlessly! Really enjoyed her and will definitely be back!

First time visiting this salon and my first time visiting ANY beauty salon in 8 years. I had been doing my own hair because I'm not fond of sitting at the beauty shop all day. Plus I have a child in college. So, I don't always have the money. I was tired of having "old lady hair" and a friend convinced me to do something about it. I made an 11am appointment with Terri for a deluxe cut and shampoo.

I arrived at 10:45am and was escorted to Terri's chair to receive my haircut immediately. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and my hair turned out even better looking

I made an appointment here because my boyfriend goes and gets his hair cut here. So he told me that Mr. Marcus was highly recommended. The name of this guy should've told it all.
Where do I begin? First, when I called to make an appointment with him he was acting like detangling my hair would be an issue. Which is weird because natural hair is supposed to be his specialty. I had a few good experiences here, but on this last one, they lost a customer in me. I set an appointment for 9am on a Saturday, and I walk in to see 3 people in front of me, and only 1 barber. I ask about my appt. and I was told, "I'm not sure if he (the other barber) will be in today." Come on, you don't have enough barbers to cover your customer's appointments on a Saturday morning. Very disappointed. I left, went to another barber shop, and don't plan on going back again.

I am new to Dallas and had been freaking out about not knowing any good natural hair stylists. I yelped this place and they had an appointment available right when I needed it. Rose was great, she trimmed and straightened my hair. She left it looking flawless.
She wasn't overly talkative like most hair stylists so I actually got to relax. But she was extremely sweet and we did have some great conversations. I will be back!!

I have been looking for a stylist for awhile. I had decided I wanted to do a big cut and get a pixie cut and researched around. After good reviews I decided to check out Salon 972, and I'm glad I did. I went in knowing I might not like my cut, and I didn't like it, I LOVE it. Terri was awesome and I would recommend this salon to everyone. I'm glad to say that I now found somewhere I can go for all my hair needs and know I'll come out looking fabulous!

While in Dallas for work I found a good hair stylist who knows how to handle mixed hair. Terri did a great job and there was little wait time. If you have natural/mixed curly hair ask for Terri!
