Tosi's Restaurant
Tosi's is looking to hire cooks to work in the kitchen. We are one of Southwest Michigan's renowned fine dining restaurants that have been in business for over 80 years. Part-Time or full-time, we have positions available during the day or in the evenings. Here at Tosi's, we have a passion for Italian cooking.

Every day, we start with fresh high-quality ingredients from the finest purveyors in North America and around the world, regardless of what we are preparing. Our chef-driven menu features fresh black Angus hand-cut prime meats, range-free poultry, wild fish, and seafood to house-made pasta and sauces made daily.
Services
We have a passion for Italian cooking and have been part of the Tosi 's family for over half of its existence. We watched and learned firsthand from our founder - Emil Tosi, it has been one of our greatest life experiences and a treasured one at that. Emil taught us that cooking over an open flame is as old as time, and few cultures do food as well as the Italians.
As part of your dining experience, each table receives a fresh basket of the finest bread, created in the Bit of Swiss bakery, part of the Tosi's family right here on the property. Enjoy these famous bread with salted butter or Tosi's olive oil and finely grated imported Parmesan cheese.

Our hand-tossed pizzas start with our freshly made dough, prepared daily, dressed with our house-made specialty sauce, topped with imported cheeses, and baked to ultimate perfection in our Italian wood-burning brick oven, proudly featured in our Florentine dining room. All of our pizzas can be prepared gluten-free, upon request.
A perfect ending to a fine dining experience is what you discover at Tosi's Restaurant. After dinner enjoy a cocktail in our legendary lounge listening to Piano, Acoustic Guitar, Saxophone, and Percussion. We pride ourselves in providing the best talents by musical artists that tour the world over, some have become such local guests favorites.
Tosi 's Italian Countryside Dining is the perfect venue for your Celebrations. Whether you are toasting a wedding, anniversary, or birthday in our outdoor Italian gardens, welcoming a new addition to the family in our Saraceno Veranda, a celebration for 200 in our Tuscany room or a business event, formal or casual Tosi 's will make your dining experience memorable.

Tosi's is always excellent. A family tradition for decades, for good reason. Arrive early and expect a wait. Easier to get in during the winter, but delicious all year long!

Not only is the food great...It's actually a great deal as well. Not to mention the very old-school treatment you get as the manager goes around and ensures your visit is a good one.

Tosi's is the best Italian food in southwest Michigan - maybe even the whole state. This is an authentic family run restaurant that capitalizes on their grand mother's recipes.
There is a multitude of excellent dishes and equally as impressive is the bakery next door (Bit of Swiss) that bakes all the table bread for Tosi's fresh - EVERY DAY.
Prices are steep but you have to pay for quality. Be sure to try the Amatriciana and add a protein

We had high hopes for our dinner yesterday. We had a girls weekend in Stevensville. We are originally from the sw Michigan area and had not eaten here in years. So, of course it's a fan favorite and we couldn't wait to order takeout and relax. Portions were extremely small, nothing exciting about the meals. Cold when we picked it up, not a big deal to reheat. Chicken Marsala was definitely boiled chicken, yuck. Front of house staff was confused, on the phone and in person. Just bummed.

Beware...rude, unwelcoming, uncaring, and disinterested hostesses...THEY DO NOT TAKE RESERVATIONS...but lead you to to think otherwise. While they take your name, number and give you a time...it is hocus pocus. We arrived at our "reservation time" only to be dismissed with reckless disregard. Ruined birthday eveningl

Excellent Italian restaurant in south western Michigan. No reservations excepted but don't be discouraged by a long wait which usually is much less than promise. Have a great drink from the bar and relax. The lasagna was fantastic. The atmosphere is very cozy and nice.

I have eaten here multiple times. There are so many dishes I enjoy and the service is great. Dan, the owner is usually always there and stops by tables to make sure everything is being enjoyed. He truly wants to know and works to correct anything that isn't right. I had a vegan friend and the kitchen would always prepare a dish he enjoyed. I highly recommend Tosi's.

This was our first time dining at Tosi's. We were a party of ten. Our reservations were for 6:00 p.m. and when we arrived, our table was waiting for us. We were shone immediately to our table by friendly staff and as we were going to our table, the wait staff greeted us with smiles and welcoming comments. The Italian decor was cozy, inviting, and beautifully done, right down to the restrooms that were clean and decorated nicely as well. You also got a lesson in speaking Italian while in there as well. We were seated next to the kitchen and at a round table which made it easy to visit with our friends

Highly recommend this destination for either a formal occasion or a casual night out with a lover or great friends! Excellent and knowledgeable staff. Diverse menu for all types of foodies. The wood-fired pizza oven produced a fantastic crust, and the toppings were appropriate in proportion. Seared scallop appetizer met our expectations as the scallops were buttery smooth and fork tender. My only disappointment were the escargot: they were over-cooked, resulting in a rubbery consistency and flat flavor. (Snails are fragile! Do not kill them a second time. I longed for some garlic and cheese to

My husband and I visited St Joseph and Benton Harbor for our anniversary weekend. It was the first time either of us had been to the area. We searched for places to eat and Tosi's came up. The outdoor space is absolutely gorgeous. The inside definitely reminds you of an Italian style restaurant. We didn't have a very long wait, and we were seated in the bar area at a table. The bread and oil/parmesan dipping sauce were fantastic! Our waitress gave us amazing service! Tosi's food is absolutely delicious and the drinks are great as well. The wine selection is great too! A MUST if you're heading this

This place was amazing!

We accidentally found it when looking for a pizza place on a cross country road trip.
I thought I was being led astray by Waze, when the place popped out of the residential area trees. A hidden gem.

It was like walking into a fairytale, or a book. It was beautiful. The atmosphere is unlike anywhere Iv ever dined. It was a sweet surprise respite for our long trip- and maybe not the best place for casual random quick stops- but we made it work and we're so glad we did.

The food was incredible, super tasty and high quality. The prices were average- the highest priced

Unbelievable service and outstanding food. Dan and his staff run one of the best establishments and local Italian icon in the nation. Truly a must experience place in SW Michigan. No other restaurant comes close. Make sure to have the zucchini blossoms when in season and close out your night with the budino dessert.

This place has been around forever for a reason. The authentic food, service and atmosphere is outstanding. We had lasagna, Tuscan penne with sausage and peppers... definitely save room for desert because the chocolate blist cake and lemon cheesecake tops it off. My wife said the blackberry lavender martini would be worth the trip back.

It's been a few years since I've dined at Tosi's but it is exactly as I remember it - amazing! I called ahead for reservations, no issues. When we arrived last Saturday evening, we were seated promptly in the bar area, which is my favorite spot.

The service here has always been impeccable. Water glasses were constantly being filled, dirty dishes taken away, and the wait staff is always friendly. Dan, the owner, walks around to each and every table thanking the diners for coming. As I mentioned, we haven't eaten here in over two years and he remembered us and spent

We traveled to Stevensville MI to visit my husband's family and chose to go to Tosi's our last evening for dinner. How wonderful! The wait staff was very friendly and personable! They provided helpful
Suggestions when asked. I had "Drunken Chicken" which was a half of chicken stewed in marinara sauce with Angel hair pasta. My husband had Steak Delmonico, which he claims is the best steak he's ever been served. Desserts were exceptionally good. Makes sense since the "A Little Bit of Swiss" bakery is in the grounds of the restaurant! We went back the next

Staff was really friendly. Food was not as great as expected after seeing the high rated reviews. Maybe we had the backup chef. Salmon and scallops were great but shrimp, lobster tail, and escargot was all over cooked. Pasta sauce was a bit under seasoned. Overall good experience. Just wish the food was up to par.

I attended a rehearsal dinner here and the place is pretty impressive from the outside. We started in the outdoor, turf courtyard, which was gorgeous. We only had half of the courtyard so there were still people sitting around having dinner, which was a little awkward.

We then moved to a private room for dinner from a condensed menu. I'm not sure if our options were from their actual menu but with smaller portions or not.

I had the steak which came with potatoes and broccoli. The steak was overcooked in my opinion, but being in a large group, we didn't have a choice. The potatoes were

Fantastic food! The ribs fell off the bone and were cooked to near perfection. Our server was very attentive to our needs. The manager made an appearance to refill our water glasses and had a great attitude. He even took our dessert order. The creme brulee was the best! The ambience was superb. Check out the garden after your meal.
