Do not rent from here! Tenants play loud music all day and night. Maintenance hasnt answered requests from several months ago. Its been half a year!! I have mold that has NOT been taken care of. Landlords rarely answers phone and they dont seem to care about anything besides themselves because its not happening to them! Trabajadores muy groseros!!!!

Management and the leasing person are very unprofessional. The way they respond to tenant Google reviews proves that point right there. They only care about money and couldn’t care less about any other issues you may have. The District Manager ALLOWS the people in the office, including the Property Manager to behave in a manner that is unacceptable and would warrant a termination. District Manager behaves in the same way, actually worse than office employees. As long as this current company owns the building, they will continue to have issues. Maintenance is non-existent and be prepared to deal

Terrible Place to live if you want simple peace and quiet time. Neighbors are very loud with young children who are sporadically loud throughout the day (especially if living underneath their apartment.) Landlord and maintenance perform poorly in their positions. The place looks great but people are gnar.
