Originally built in the 1920s, this breathtaking space features restored historic character, including high vaulted ceilings with heavy oak beams in true English Gothic style, curved bays exhibiting French influence and original Auditorium Victrola and decorative busts. The Ballroom is a uniquely beautiful interior space that is available for rent for both public and private events.

It’s literally impossible to reach them I have been trying to reach them for months many numbers on the internet it doesn’t matter which one you call they all got to voicemail and the call ends before you even finish speaking. I have reached out to them even on Facebook hoping for a reply. Mind you I have been trying to reach them since September. If you can reach someone to resent from them I highly doubt they are getting back to there tenants. Not a good look.

I’ve been living here for almost two years now and I have yet to have my blinds fixed. These were the same window blinds installed before I moved into my apartment. Otherwise, it’s a pretty decent place to live with the exception of a few new tenants who haven’t maintained the properties up keeping.

Recently put an application in online and I actually heard back the next day. They answer the phones very quickly.
Through my application process I have been working with Iris. Iris was SO helpful, and patient through my application process. She answered all of my questions so quickly. I can't wait to live here, looks like a great building. Thank you Iris for everything

They will “approve” you based on background/credit and take 2-3 weeks to place you in compliance. Where you will provide 6 pay stubs, 6 bank statements (from all accounts

This review is kind of late and relates strictly to my application process/ leasing agent.
Last year I viewed a unit and decided to apply... while the leasing agent was very nice in person she was thoroughly unprofessional and unresponsive of all the times I called the office it was only answered 2 times it usually went to voicemail. It’s very strange to have only one agent for such a large complex... I can’t imagine what the ppl who actually lives there have to deal with
The leasing agent rarely answered my emails even after I had submitted sensitive information as part of the application

Although I wasn't able to lease due to being a full time student, I was treated professionally and very kindly by Iris, the community manager. She was very responsive on her emails, looked into my unique situation regarding my eligibility, and was informative but polite letting me know the outcome. I could only imagine that she carries this through with the community as well. 5/5 stars.

If I could give less than one star, I would. I had the worst experience with this place. Initially when I began the process, I thought everything would run smoothly. During the course of this process, everything went left, lack of communication, inaccurate information, and time consuming. This was really troubling for me because if they can treat future residents like how I was treated, how are their current residents treated? In the end, I had to find another place to stay, because I was over going back and forth with them. I’m going to say two finally things: this management has no regards
