Very modern apartments. Love the decor and area. Has a nice park for dogs and a community center if that's something youre looking for. Close to target/pick n save. Maintenance was quick to fix things wrong when we first moved in
Downside is after 2 weeks I've learned how cheaply built the place is. Walls are thin. You can hear every neighbor front door close. Upstairs neighbors constantly moving around. Dogs barking. Currently on waitlist to move back to previous apt.

We moved into Legacy Apartments while we are waiting for our home to be built. We chose Legacy for a few reasons; close to work and the amenities it offers. Living at Legacy has exceeded our expectations, the apartment is quiet and spacious, and we use the pool and work out rooms weekly if not daily. We would recommend Legacy to others looking for a nice place to live.

Lizzy is a great apartment manager, very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the promotional bike in the gym this past winter - thank you! Work out center, pool, and community center are great. Rent feels a bit high, but we understand this is what the market requires of late. Proximity to Madison and country-side is very good

Legacy is a great place to call home! The office and maintenance staff are all super helpful and friendly. It's a safe, quiet neighborhood and the amenities (pool, grill areas, gym, sauna, dog park) make it that much better. The buildings are in great condition and the appliances, fixtures, flooring, etc. are nice and modern. The location makes for a quick commute to the rest of Madison and there are plenty of grocery stores, shopping areas and restaurants close by.

I love my home! I moved in about a few days ago 1 month ago and I am very happy, I feel comfortable and calm, I live in a studio that is so spacious that it does not seem like a studio, I have everything I need, the place is beautiful, the park, the Green areas and the design of the place is beautiful, the club house and the pool area is simply fantastic. And without a doubt they have the best manager of all, Lizzy, she is always with a smile from the first moment, she is very effective when questions arise and I write emails, it really shows that they care about the residents and that everything

I moved here from West Virginia without any idea of Madison or surrounding area. I found this complex by chance and am so grateful! I'm religious when it comes to reviews of anything and everything. I've been living here for six months and have had no problems with neighbors, appliances, nothing has broken, nothing. Also I LOVE having a dog park on the grounds it makes living with my puppy so much easier. I live in a studio and honestly it's so spacious it definitely doesn't feel like a studio. I highly recommend checking them out! I don't plan on moving any time soon. :)
