Nilo Shohreh, I feel sad for you! When I came into Elegance Lash & Brow Salon today I waited for customer service for an extended period of time. Place was empty and help was no where to be found so I waited and waited. While Elegance Lash & Brow Salon appeared to be pretty it was empty and I felt like I was home alone. You eventually came to the front of Elegance Lash & Brow Salon and you continued to be less than honest to the point I had to tell you that the call from last night was recorded then you appeared startled after being less than honest with us. It's really hard to find a hairdresser who can work with any type of hair but this place has a hair stylist Xylana and hands down she is very knowledgeable and great at what she does. I have 4c type hair (natural) and she made it amaaaaaazing. All the other stylist are great here too for your other beauty needs I.e lashes eyebrows and whatever they are doing in the private rooms... People always walk out of the smiling. I have been coming to this place for over 2 years to Nilo. The hairstylist sealed the deal.

I will NEVER step foot in this place again. Not sure if its the owner or manager but she is very rude and doesn't know how to talk to customers. She gave me a time to come in after hours but We ended up coming in early due to being in the area. We were willing to wait until the appointed time. She had to remind me of what time it was as if i didn't already know and for me to have to give her an explanation as to why i came early was absurd. I didn't expect her to start on my brows until the time she appointed for us anyway but i guess maybe it was a problem for us to wait in the

While visiting in Dallas from Seattle, needed a fill. Stopped in, no appointment and Nilo took me at the end of that day. My only regret is that she is in Dallas and not Seattle, she would definitely be my lash person. Very pleased. She was professional, quick and lashes looked great. Thank you Nilo, will for sure be back to see you next time I am in Dallas. Let me know if you decide to move to Seattle:)

Still raving about this place two weeks later. Nilo Shohreh the owner and one of the artists worked on my eyebrows and lashes. I like to be low maintenance and hardly wear makeup so I came to get my eyebrows shaped and colored. I have naturally blond eyebrows and lashes so I figured if I dyed them, that might look really nice and natural and they would be visible at a distance! I got my eyebrows and eye lashes dyed as well as my eyebrows and upper lip threaded! Nilo was so friendly and joyful and very good at what she does and I will definitely be returning!

I had never experienced lashes like this before so I was a little concerned. Nilo was fantastic! She explained the entire process and put me immediately at ease. I even fell asleep while she worked! I have gone back for fills and couldn't be happier with the results. I highly recommend Elegance and Nilo!

I've been a client for 3 years, probably 4 now, and I've always been satisfied with Nilo's work. She's done my lashes all these years and I would leave satisfied every time. Recently, I got the procedure for powder brows done, and was also satisfied with the results. If you're in the area and need a brow wax, haircut/style/color, and debating on if you should try out elegance lash and brow.....DO IT!! well worth it. - Vanessa S

DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME!!!I called yesterday to make an appt. I told Nilo that I had a nail appt at 1pm, she said she had an opening at 12:45pm and it would take 15 min to get my eyebrows threaded. I told her I would take the appt and I would move my nail appt to 1:15pm to accommodate her schedule. There was a huge thunderstorm today but I still made it on time at 12:43. I stood there waiting until 1:00pm and still she didn't help me, so I was forced to leave in the pouring sideways rain without having anything done. I told her that I would not be back and she had to nerve

I've been visiting Elegance Lash and Brow for over a year now. Nilo always does an amazing job on my lashes and brows. I love the way my brows look after she shapes and tints them. And the lashes she applied lasted for 2 months. Most recently I had the hairdresser, Goli do my hair (high lights - low lights and cut/style), and she too did an amazing job. Both of these ladies are excellent at their work and the shop is clean and elegant (just like the name). Highly recommend both them :)

It's alright. I was just didn't want to be rude in person and I gave 4 stars here as well so it won't affect your good yelp score.
You have great skills on threading eyebrows and lashes, but I really do not think that fits Asian trend or style. The Yelp review should be fair and true to my experience, isn't it? :)

I called to see if an appointment was necessary for eyebrow threading. I was told no and to come on in they weren't busy. When I got there it was empty but I had to wait 10 minutes. When I was seated the phone rang and she ran off to answer it and I waited again. I got the impression that I wasn't very important. Narmada was friendly when she came back and did a good job. I might try her again due to how close the salon is to my home but not a definite I would return or recommend.

There are so many salons that do a little of everything but nothing well - Elegance Lash & Brows specializes and what they do offer is outstanding! The salon is beautiful, very clean, very relaxing and offers many services and the best products to enhance your services. The owner Nilo is very experienced and it shows. I have my eyelashes done there - and I have sensitive eyes - and the experience and result is fantastic. I get tons of compliments. I also have threading done there - and I see to go to Anastasia Brow at Nordstroms but the Dali experience and customer service is far superior here

I went in for my very first lash perm "lash lift" ever, and my experience was fantastic. The studio was beautiful and clean. Nilo took her time, stayed in the room during the entire process, and made sure I was comfortable at all times. Overall, Nilo was very professional and kind. I absolutely loved the results of my lash lift (bye bye eyelash curler!) and will definitely be back in the future!
