Samantha is extremely rude, not the first time I have an issue with them. I made them aware that I no longer had dental insurance so I did not want any new work done. A week later I get a voicemail letting me know I owe them $800+ for new work they did.
Avoid this place if you don’t want to receive an unexpected bill. They’ll do work, not tell you about it and just bill you later.

This dental office seems to upsell to customers as often as possible. The dentists do good work but the doctor who's name is on the door interacts with clientele in a way that conveys the mentality that the doctor is always correct and doesn't have the time to explain his reasoning to the client. Choose a different dental office.

Went in as a new patient for yearly cleaning. They charged an extra $20 for extra xrays that aren't covered by Aetna. Why did they take extra xrays with no reason to? I called about it and they insisted that is my normal copay for a cleaning...even though my family hasn't paid a copay for a cleaning for years....Never going back I wouldn't recommend unless you would like to get ripped off and have them not even TRY to work with you.
